浅析学校会计工作的有效改进措施

【摘要】：随着经济市场化的发展,学校的内外部环境都发生了重大的变化。怎样使得学校这种教书育人的事业性单位适应现阶段的发展形势已经成为了教育管理部门和学校自身都在重点考虑的问题。学校会计人员所具有的能力,在很大程度上影响着学校的财务状况以及发展能力,所以一定要提升学校会计人员的能力,使其适应现代竞争机制。本文主要阐述了学校会计工作出现的问题并提出相应的改进措施,供同行参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic marketization, great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of the school. How to make the school this kind of teaching and educating career units adapt to the current development situation has become the educational management department and the school itself in the focus of consideration. The ability of school accountants to a great extent affects the financial situation and development ability of the school, so it is necessary to enhance the ability of school accountants to adapt to the modern competition mechanism. This paper mainly expounds the problems in school accounting and puts forward corresponding improvement measures for reference.
