操作性学习观在学校管理中的运用

【摘要】:斯金纳运用操作性学习观认为,反应是关注的重要变量,重点关注如何通过强化作用促使行为反应的频率增加。操作性学习观运用在学校管理中时,应注意两点:首先应充分发挥强化规律在教育教学中的作用,其次要正确合理地使用惩罚。
[Abstract]:According to Skinner's theory of operational learning, reaction is an important variable of concern, focusing on how to increase the frequency of behavioral response through reinforcement. Two points should be paid attention to when the operational learning view is applied in the school management: first, we should give full play to the role of strengthening the law in the education and teaching, and secondly, we should use the punishment correctly and reasonably.
