学校管理中教师反影响力的调查与分析

【摘要】:长期以来 ,中小学校长的权威问题是学校管理研究的热点之一。然而人们普遍忽视了另一方面 ,即教师对校长有无影响力 ?如果有 ,其表现方式和作用是怎样的 ?校长应如何应对来自教师的反影响力 ?本研究力图通过开放答题式问卷调查来反思上述方面的问题
[Abstract]:For a long time, the authority of primary and secondary school principals is one of the hot spots in school management. However, people generally ignore the other side, that is, whether the teacher has any influence on the principal? If so, what is its expression and function? How should the principal deal with the anti-influence from teachers? This study tries to reflect on the above problems through an open questionnaire survey.
