校企合作伙伴选择的指标研究

【摘要】:20世纪以来,随着信息化、全球化的发展和竞争的加剧,国家自主创新体系随之出现,其核心是通过科技知识在生产者、传播者、使用者以及政府机构之间的相互作用,形成科学技术知识在整个社会范围内循环流转和应用的良性机制,实现区域或国家范围内的知识共享,从而促进经济社会发展,校企合作便在这种内在需求的推动下应运而生。国内外学者从不同角度对校企合作进行了研究,但是以往对校企合作的研究多为质性研究和经验性研究而正式化的数学建模研究尚显不足,对于合作伙伴的选择只是简单带过,没有明确校企合作伙伴选择的评价指标。 本文以校企合作伙伴选择的评价指标为研究对象,融合核心竞争力理论、交易成本理论、资源基础理论和比较优势理论,运用层次分析法和文献法,对2002至2010年国内校企合作的24篇文献统计分析,研究归纳出高校在选择校企合作伙伴时涉及到的指标,最终确定了具有可操作性和现实指导意义的校企合作伙伴选择的评价指标。 本文的创新点在于提出成本—竞争力两个维度的校企合作伙伴选择模型,把校企合作伙伴选择单独作为研究对象,提炼出校企合作伙伴选择的评价指标,不仅解决了高校选择合作伙伴的问题也为联盟建立过程中的伙伴选择提供了思路,对加强校企合作,提高校企合作绩效具有很重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, with the development of information technology, the development of globalization and the intensification of competition, the national independent innovation system has emerged, the core of which is the interaction among producers, disseminators, users and government agencies through scientific and technological knowledge. Forming the benign mechanism of circulation and application of science and technology knowledge in the whole society, realizing the knowledge sharing in the regional or national scope, thus promoting the economic and social development, the cooperation between school and enterprise comes into being under the impetus of this kind of inherent demand. Scholars at home and abroad have studied the cooperation between schools and enterprises from different angles, but the previous researches on the cooperation between schools and enterprises are mostly qualitative research and empirical research. There is no clear evaluation indicators selected by school-enterprise partners. This paper takes the evaluation index selected by the university and enterprise partners as the research object, integrates the core competence theory, the transaction cost theory, the resource-based theory and the comparative advantage theory, applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the literature method. Based on the statistical analysis of 24 articles on the cooperation of domestic schools and enterprises from 2002 to 2010, the research summarizes the indicators involved in the selection of university and enterprise partners. Finally, the evaluation index of school-enterprise partner selection with operational and practical significance is determined. The innovation of this paper is to put forward two dimensions of cost-competitiveness model of partner selection of school and enterprise, and select the partner of school and enterprise as the research object separately, and extract the evaluation index of the selection of partner of school and enterprise. It not only solves the problem of choosing partners in colleges and universities, but also provides ideas for the selection of partners in the process of establishing the alliance. It is of great significance to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and to improve the performance of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
