教辅培训机构教学档案管理存在的问题与对策分析

【摘要】：随着我国教育事业的不断发展,各种社会教学机构不断兴起,社会教育辅导培训机构以强大的市场占有率生存着,为很多学生家长解决了不少学业上的烦恼。但是随着规模上的扩大和教育人数的增加,教辅培训机构在教学档案管理工作上存在了不少问题,本文对此展开探讨,分析当前社会教辅培训机构教学档案管理中存在的缺陷,并深入探讨解决对策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education in China, various social teaching institutions have been rising, social education guidance and training institutions are living with a strong market share, for many students' parents to solve a lot of academic troubles. However, with the expansion of the scale and the increase of the number of people in education, there are many problems in the management of teaching archives in teaching-assisted training institutions. This paper discusses this problem and analyzes the defects in the management of teaching archives in social teaching-assisted training institutions. And deeply discuss the solution countermeasure.
