校长学生领导力的缺失与构建

【摘要】:校长的学生领导力是校长领导力的重要组成部分,对于实现学校和学生发展目标至关重要。校长的学生领导力是基于学校和学生发展的愿景与目标,校长具有的管理学生、影响学生的能力,以及校长和学生相互作用、相互影响的过程。根据领导力的作用方式,可将其分为自然影响型和主动建构型两种类型。当前,校长对学生的领导力尤其是主动建构型领导力发挥不足,这主要与学校内部的职责分工、校长的观念意识以及沟通渠道不畅有关。为提升校长的学生领导力,校长需要明确作为教育者的角色,主动面对学生,实行走动管理,畅通沟通渠道,并协同教师、家长等其他主体一致性地教育学生。
[Abstract]:The principal's student leadership is an important part of the principal's leadership, which is very important to the realization of the school and students' development goals. The principal's student leadership is based on the vision and goal of the school and the students' development, the principal's ability to manage the students, the ability to influence the students, and the process of the principal and the students' interaction and interaction. According to the mode of action of leadership, it can be divided into two types: natural influence type and active constructive type. At present, the principal does not give full play to the students' leadership, especially the active constructive leadership, which is mainly related to the division of duties within the school, the principal's concept and consciousness, and the lack of communication channels. In order to enhance the students' leadership, the principal needs to be clear about his role as an educator, to face the students actively, to carry out the management of moving around, to open the channels of communication, and to educate the students in a consistent way with other subjects, such as teachers, parents and so on.
