关于教育管理活动主体与客体及其相互关系的思考

【摘要】：教育管理活动的主体是教育管理活动过程中对所作用的对象有影响作用的个人或群体。教育管理活动的主体要发挥影响作用必须具备一定的权力和相应的能力和知识。教育管理活动的客体主要是人,但有时也指物。教育管理活动主客体的关系首先是主客体状态之间的关系;然后才是教育管理活动中主体和客体相互作用的关系。
[Abstract]:The main body of educational management activities is the individuals or groups that have an influence on the objects in the process of educational management activities. The main body of educational management must have certain power and corresponding ability and knowledge to play an influential role. The object of educational management activities is mainly human, but sometimes also refers to things. The relationship between subject and object of educational management activity is firstly the relationship between subject and object state, and then the relationship between subject and object in educational management activity.
