城市与农村中学生心理卫生状况及影响因素研究

【摘要】:采用症状目评量表(SCL-90)及自编心理卫生调查表,对城市学生631名及农村学生424名进行了调查。发现至少有23.6%的中学生存在明显的心理问题,学生心理问题的主要特征为强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、偏执、敌对性等。SCL-90得分为农村学生高于城市学生,高中学生高于初中学生,这提示农村中学生及高中学生的心理问题较明显。因素分析揭示影响中学生心理健康的主要因素有个人危险行为史、家庭影响、躯体壮况、年级、人际关系、性问题、自我评价、住址等。
[Abstract]:A total of 631 urban and 424 rural students were investigated with symptom Checklist (SCL-90) and Mental Health questionnaire. It was found that at least 23.6% of the middle school students had obvious psychological problems, the main characteristics of which were compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, paranoid ideation, hostility and so on. The SCL-90 score of students in rural areas was higher than that in urban students. High school students were higher than junior middle school students, which suggested that the psychological problems of rural middle school students and high school students were obvious. Factor analysis revealed that the main factors affecting the mental health of middle school students were personal risk behavior history, family influence, physical condition, grade, interpersonal relationship, sexual problems, self-evaluation, address and so on.
