为了学校的名义——学校基本功能辨正

【摘要】：学校之“名”与“义”本应是相辅相成的,然而,在现实社会中,以学校之“名”行非学校之“义”的现象时有表现。有的时候,人们“以学校的名义”干了一些非学校职责范围内的事情,阻碍了学校功能的正常发挥。本文从学校的“名义”这一标志学校的社会符号切入,认为学校应是“名”、“义”相符的社会实在,学校就是“教人育人”的专门机关,教育人、培养人是学校的基本功能,应当成为学校以一贯之的核心价值追求。否则,学校如果偏离了这一基本功能,就会陷入“盛名之下其实难副”的尴尬境界。
[Abstract]:The "name" and "righteousness" of the school should complement each other, however, in the real society, the phenomenon of "doing" in the name of the school is not the "meaning" of the school from time to time. Sometimes, people do non-school duties in the name of the school, which hinders the normal functioning of the school. Starting from the social symbol of the school's "name", this paper holds that the school should be a social reality of "name" and "meaning". The school is the specialized organization of "educating people", and educating and cultivating people is the basic function of the school. Should become the school with consistent core value pursue. Otherwise, if the school deviates from this basic function, it will fall into the awkward state of "reputation."
