欧洲性教育的改革与创新——“全人性教育”之标准、特征分析

【摘要】：性教育作为普通教育的一部分,不仅影响着儿童个性的发展,同时作为人性潜能的一部分,有助于儿童和青少年发展必需的技能,使其能在不同的年龄阶段做出关于两性关系问题的正确抉择。本文以欧洲性教育标准为契机,着重介绍"全人性教育"的标准与特征:"全人性教育"在思想上,把性看作"一种积极的人体潜力";在理念上,倡导性教育是一种终身教育;在法律依据上,以性及生殖健康权为基础。
[Abstract]:Sex education, as part of general education, not only affects the development of the child's personality, but also contributes to the development of the necessary skills for children and adolescents as part of their human potential, Enable them to make the right choices about gender relations at different ages. This article takes the European sex education standard as the turning point, emphatically introduces the "whole humanity education" standard and the characteristic: "the whole humanity education" in the thought, regards the sex as "one kind of positive human body potential"; Conceptually, advocating sex education is a kind of lifelong education, and on the legal basis, it is based on the right to sexual and reproductive health.
