论学校管理中的人性化

【摘要】：管理是现代社会生存和发展的重要条件,而在管理的各种要素中,人是最根本的要素。人是管理的核心,调动人的积极性、主动性、创造性,建立协调的人际关系是提高管理质量和管理效率的重要条件。因此我们必须发掘出一种新的人性化管理模式来代替传统的理性管理模式。
[Abstract]:Management is an important condition for the survival and development of modern society, and among the various elements of management, man is the most fundamental factor. Human being is the core of management. It is an important condition to improve the quality and efficiency of management to mobilize people's enthusiasm, initiative, creativity and establish a harmonious interpersonal relationship. Therefore, we must find a new humanized management model to replace the traditional rational management model.
