【摘要】：正 一、教育情报科层管理的涵义 教育情报科层管理是从社会学的角度对教育情报组织管理和建设在理论上的一种探索研究。它是指用科层制的管理方式来规范教育情报组织的运行,统筹教育情报资料的有序化组织的过程,旨在加快教育情报有序化的速度,提高教育情报组织的工作效率,最终推动教育情报事业的发展。
[Abstract]:First, the meaning of educational information management is a theoretical exploration and research on the management and construction of educational information organization from the perspective of sociology. It refers to the process of standardizing the operation of educational information organizations and coordinating the orderly organization of educational information materials by means of hierarchical management, aiming at speeding up the orderly organization of educational information, improving the working efficiency of educational information organizations, and finally promoting the development of educational information.
