长沙市小学基础教育课程改革中健康教育实施效果评价

【摘要】:目的比较在不同类型的学校健康教育模式下小学生的健康知识、态度、行为情况,探讨在现有课程改革进程模式下发展学校健康教育的可行性。方法采用两阶段整群抽样方法,对长沙市3所小学151名小学生进行问卷调查。结果学生健康知识的知晓率为42.4%~95.4%,集中单独授课组学生吃蔬菜、便后洗手、睡前刷牙、饭前洗手的比率均高于分散授课组;综合评价结果显示,集中单独授课组学生的健康知识、态度、行为均好于分散授课组。结论长沙市小学生健康知识、态度、行为还存在问题,在现阶段,学校健康教育应该以集中单独授课的教学模式为主。
