学前教育专业学生的实践能力培养研究——以“全程渗透、相互交融、循环往复、螺旋上升”模式为中心

【摘要】:学前教育专业应不断探索"全程渗透、相互交融、循环往复、螺旋上升"的实践能力培养模式,以此促使学生不断提高自身的实践能力和专业能力。同时,应构建层层递进的实践教学体系,实行全程渗透,以便于将学生实践能力的培养工作渗透在教育教学的全过程。基于建构主义理论,进一步改善课程设置和教育教学工作,以此促使学生积极主动地将理论知识、技能与实践活动相互融合,从而提升实践能力。实践能力的培养过程是一个连续不断的系统工程,也是一个层层递进、循环往复、不断螺旋上升的过程。在这个过程中,通过"学习故事"和"鹰架教学"等策略,激发学生在实践中的反思和探究,以及反思性知识和实际工作能力的构建,可以有效地落实培养目标,更好地促进学生实践能力和个人成长的交融上升,进而更好地促进学生的自我发展,并为其今后的专业发展奠定良好的基础。
[Abstract]:Preschool education major should constantly explore the training mode of "penetrating, blending, cycling and spiralling", so that students can continuously improve their practical ability and professional ability. At the same time, we should build a progressive practice teaching system and carry out the whole process penetration, so as to permeate the cultivation of students' practical ability in the whole process of education and teaching. Based on constructivism theory, we further improve curriculum design and education and teaching work, so as to enable students to actively integrate theoretical knowledge, skills and practical activities, so as to enhance their practical ability. The training process of practical ability is a continuous system engineering, it is also a process of progressive, cyclical and spiral rising. In this process, through "learning stories" and "Scaffolding Instruction" strategy, to stimulate students' reflection in practice and exploration, and the construction of reflective knowledge and practical ability, can effectively implement the training objectives, to better promote the integration of students' practical ability and personal growth increased, and better promote students self development, and lay a good foundation for their future professional development.
