【摘要】: 职业认同是个体对所从事职业的肯定性评价,强调所表现出来的积极态度与行为。上海市保育员职业认同的高低,直接关系到她们对本职业的认可程度以及对幼儿的热爱程度,既是做好幼儿保教工作的内在动机,又是促进幼儿身心健康发展的前提。关注保育员的职业认同,提升其对所从事职业的认同,既是保育员自身发展的要求,也是更好地满足幼儿身心健康发展以及为幼儿家长服务的时代要求,因此,上海市保育员职业认同的调查与研究具有重要的现实意义。 本研究综合运用文献法、访谈法、问卷法等研究方法,呈现了上海市保育员职业认同的现状,从保育员基本信息方面对其职业认同进行相关研究,分析了上海市保育员职业认同存在的差异及影响因素,并据此提出提升上海市保育员职业认同的建议和对策,一方面,丰富保育员职业认同的理论研究内容;另一方面,提升上海市保育员的职业认同,以促进保育员的自身发展以及幼儿身心健康发展。 研究结果:1.上海市保育员职业认同的现状:上海市保育员职业认同总体水平较高(M=1.93),其中23%的人处于低认同组,62%的人属于中等认同组,15%的人属于高认同组;2.上海市保育员职业认同在幼儿园性质、保育员年龄、教龄、学历和工资水平因素上存在差异:1)公办园保育员职业认同明显高于民办园保育员的职业认同;2)“46岁及以上”年龄段的保育员的职业认同非常明显地高于其他年龄段的保育员的职业认同,“26-30岁”年龄段的保育员对所从事的工作的认同最低;3)“16-20年”教龄保育员的职业认同显著地高于“5年及以下”和“11-15年”教龄保育员的职业认同;4)“本科及以上”学历保育员的职业认同最低,“初中及以下”学历的保育员对所从事的工作的职业认同最高,从总体上呈现职业认同随着保育员学历的升高而降低的发展趋势;5)“2000元以上”工资水平的保育员的职业认同最高;“1000元及以下”工资水平的保育员的职业认同得分最低,从总体上呈现职业认同随着工资水平的提升而提高的发展趋势。3.开放性问题的研究结果:1)上海市保育员将自我角色定义为“幼儿园的清洁工”、“纯粹的幼儿养育者”、“幼儿的养育和教育者”;2)上海市保育员认为工作价值表现为“谋生”、“帮助幼儿健康快乐地成长”、“自我实现和社会认可”;3)上海市保育员对工作的满意表现为“固定假期”、“人际关系”、“工作环境”;4)上海市保育员对工作的不满表现为“工作量大”、“工资待遇低”和“社会地位低”。 本研究在分析调查问卷研究结果的基础上,对上海市保育员职业认同存在的差异进行相关因素分析,并提出提升上海市保育员职业认同的教育建议:1)克服保育员的职业倦怠感;2)加强保育员素质建设;3)给保育员更多的人文关怀;4)提供参与幼儿园活动的机会。
[Abstract]:Occupation identity refers to positive evaluation by the occupation, positive attitude and behavior on the show. Shanghai City nurse occupation identity level, directly related to their acceptance of the occupation and the degree of love for the children's intrinsic motivation is good, child care and teaching work, and promote the healthy development of the premise children's body and mind. Pay attention to the nurse's occupation identity, to enhance its occupation identity, is the nurse requirements of their own development, but also to better meet the physical and mental development of young children and parents of children age service requirements, therefore, has important practical significance to investigation and research of Shanghai City nurse occupation identity.
This research uses the literature method, interview method, questionnaire method and other research methods, presents the status quo of Shanghai City nurse occupation identity, from the basic information of the nurse for research on the occupation identity, analyzes the factors of differences in Shanghai City nurse occupation identity and influence, and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve. Shanghai City nurse occupation identity on the one hand, the theory of content rich nurse occupation identity; on the other hand, occupation identity and improve the Shanghai City nurse, to promote nurse's own development as well as the infant Shen Xinjian Kang.
Results: the status of the 1. Shanghai City nurse occupation identity: Shanghai City nurse occupation identity overall level is higher (M=1.93), of which 23% were in a low acceptance group, 62% of them belong to the middle group of 15% people belonging to the identity, high identity group; 2. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire on the results of the study, analyzing related factors of differences in Shanghai City nurse occupation identity, and put forward to promote the Shanghai City nurse occupation identity education suggestions: 1) to overcome the nurse occupation burnout; 2) to strengthen the nurse quality construction; 3) give more humanistic care the nurse; 4) to provide the opportunity to participate in kindergarten activities.
