【摘要】: 幼儿园家访是指幼儿园教师对幼儿家庭进行的上门访问,它是家园合作的重要形式。对幼儿园家访进行研究,有利于丰富家园合作共育理论,有助于充分发挥教育的整体作用,也有益于教师的专业化成长。 研究者先检索国内外相关文献,发现目前国内对家访的研究不够全面深入且缺乏理论指导,而国外关于家访的一些做法值得我们借鉴。在此基础上,本文从教育学、社会心理学和文化学三个角度阐述了研究的理论基础,试图为幼儿园家访研究提供新的视角。 本研究以问卷法、访谈法为主,以观察法、实物分析法为辅,对幼儿园家访的现状做了全面、系统的调查分析,对幼儿园家访的目的、准备、内容、过程、困难、后续和影响因素进行了深入的研究。 研究结果表明,幼儿园家访取得了一些成效,这主要表现在:教师能认识到家访的独特作用,能较好地完成新生入园前的家访任务,在家访前做了相对充分的准备工作,在家访中能较好地处理教师、家长、幼儿三者的关系等。 研究结果还表明,幼儿园家访存在一些问题,具体表现在:幼儿园家访的管理制度不够完善,后续工作不够深入,教师未能真正了解家长对家访的期望等。 本研究最后对幼儿园提出了建议:用制度规范家访的要求,用制度支持家访的开展等。本研究还对教师提出了建议:主动选择家访时机,体现教师专业素养,灵活掌握家访技巧,深入做好家访的后续工作等。此外还对家长提出了建议:保证家访时父母和孩子都在场,发挥家长主动性等。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten home visit refers to the home visit of kindergarten teachers, which is an important form of home cooperation. The study of kindergarten home visit is helpful to enrich the theory of home cooperation and common education. It helps to give full play to the overall role of education, but also conducive to the professional growth of teachers. Researchers first searched the relevant literature at home and abroad, found that the current domestic research on home visits is not comprehensive and in-depth and lack of theoretical guidance, and some foreign approaches on home visits are worthy of our reference. On this basis. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the study from the perspectives of pedagogy, social psychology and culture, and tries to provide a new perspective for the study of kindergarten home visits. In this study, questionnaire method, interview method, observation method, physical analysis method as a supplement, the status of kindergarten home visits to do a comprehensive, systematic investigation and analysis, the purpose, preparation, content, process of kindergarten home visits. Difficulties, follow-up and influencing factors were studied in depth. The results show that the kindergarten home visit has made some achievements, which is mainly reflected in: teachers can recognize the unique role of home visits, and can better complete the tasks of home visits before the new students enter the school. It can handle the relationship among teachers, parents, children and so on. The results also show that there are some problems in kindergarten home visits, which can be seen as follows:. The management system of kindergarten home visit is not perfect, the follow-up work is not deep enough, and teachers can not really understand the parents' expectation of home visit. At the end of the study, some suggestions are put forward to the kindergarten: to standardize the requirement of home visit with system, to support the development of home visit with system, etc. This study also gives suggestions to teachers: to choose the opportunity of home visit actively and to reflect teachers' professional quality. In addition, the author puts forward some suggestions to parents: to ensure that parents and children are present and to give full play to the initiative of parents.
