【摘要】:在蒙台梭利、金宝贝等品牌民营早教机构迅速发展的今天,0-3岁早期教育对人一生的发展具有重要意义已成为社会的普遍共识,政府也逐渐凸显其在0-3岁早教工作中的作用。近年来,上海市定位于0-3岁早教事业的公益性特征,以社区为依托,兴建了一批社区早期儿童服务中心。受运营主体、师资力量、运营时间等因素的影响,其发展呈现出不同于公办托幼的特点。教师在环境创设、活动方案、教师培训、家长指导上各呈现出怎样的理念特征?其办学理念的一般特征是什么?问题何在?如何优化社区早期儿童服务中心的办学理念?这些是本论文主要研究的内容。 本研究主要采用实物分析法、问卷调查法、观察法,以上海市96所社区早期儿童服务中心为研究对象,从其环境创设、活动方案、教师培训、家长指导中透视、剖析其所蕴含的办学理念,归纳出其办学理念的一般特征是:儿童观体现现代主义特征,教育观以知识取向为导向;办学理念趋于科学合理,但专业性需加强;教师教育观念具有经验性特点;办学理念的矛盾性凸显;办学理念的实践指导性有待加强。 基于以上研究结论,笔者结合生命哲学、活教育理论及生态学三种理论及相关研究,提出了以下建议以优化其办学理念:基于生命哲学的理论视角,建议教师丰富对儿童生命意义的认识;扩充教师的直觉思维方式;更新教师培训观念。基于活教育的理论视角,建议活动内容实现向生活化和本土化特征的转变;活动方式增加多样性和探索性;实施预设与生成相结合的弹性课程模式。基于生态学视野,建议创设丰富的、适宜儿童发展的物理生态环境;加强家长与教师的早教指导关系,改善家长教养观念。
[Abstract]:In Montessori, Gymboree and other brands of private early education institutions are developing rapidly today, the early education of 0-3 years old has become a common understanding of the development of human life. The government also gradually highlights its role in the work of early education between the ages of 0-3. In recent years, Shanghai has focused on the public welfare characteristics of the cause of early education between the ages of 0-3, relying on the community. A number of community early childhood service centers have been built. Affected by the main body of operation, teachers, operating time and other factors, its development is different from the characteristics of public child-care. Teachers in the environment, activity programs. What are the characteristics of teachers' training and parental guidance? What are the general characteristics of its idea of running a school? What's the problem? How to optimize the school idea of community early childhood service center? These are the main contents of this paper. This research mainly uses the physical analysis method, the questionnaire survey method, the observation method, takes 96 community early childhood service centers in Shanghai as the research object, from its environment creation, the activity plan, the teacher training. In the guidance of parents, the author analyzes the idea of running a school and concludes that the general characteristics of the idea of running a school are as follows: the view of children embodies the modernism characteristic, the view of education is guided by the orientation of knowledge; The idea of running a school tends to be scientific and reasonable, but the specialty needs to be strengthened; The concept of teacher education has the characteristics of experience; The contradiction of the idea of running a school is highlighted; The practical guidance of the idea of running a school needs to be strengthened. Based on the above conclusions, the author combines the three theories of life philosophy, living education and ecology, and puts forward the following suggestions to optimize its school philosophy: the theoretical perspective based on the philosophy of life. It is suggested that teachers enrich their understanding of the meaning of children's life. Expanding teachers' intuitive thinking mode; Based on the theoretical perspective of living education, the author suggests that the contents of the activities should be changed to the characteristics of life and localization; Increasing diversity and exploratory activities; Based on the ecological vision, it is suggested to create a rich physical ecological environment suitable for the development of children. To strengthen the relationship between parents and teachers in early education and improve the concept of parental education.
