【摘要】: 本文立足于当前幼儿园评价改革的实际,在实践研究的基础上,以行动研究为取向,运用观察法、谈话法、作品分析法、轶事记录法等多种研究方法,研究了幼儿园档案袋评价的实施策略。在明确档案袋评价实施策略确定的原则的基础上论述了档案袋评价的过程策略和反思策略,最后对相关问题进行了思考,提出教育建议。 论文由五个部分组成: 第一部分:问题的提出。概括了档案袋评价的缘起以及目前我国幼儿园档案袋评价中存在的问题。对以往相关研究进行了综述,并简要说明本研究的研究方法。 第二部分:阐释档案袋评价实施策略确定的原则。档案袋评价实施策略的确定并非无本之木,要遵循四个原则:促进幼儿发展的原则,提高教师专业水平的原则,强化师幼互动的原则以及因地、因人制宜的原则。 第三部分:阐述档案袋评价的评价过程策略。在实施过程策略中,按照档案袋评价的三个阶段——组织计划阶段、作品收集阶段、成果展示阶段——提出切实可行的实施策略。 第四部分:提出幼儿园档案袋评价的反思策略。第一是在评价的全过程中及时反思,第二是撰写反思日记,第三是定期进行教师间的交流讨论。 第五部分:档案袋评价实施策略保证条件的思考。简要分析幼儿园档案袋评价的优势与劣势,并从幼儿教师、家长、幼儿园三个方面提出保证条件。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the reality of the current kindergarten evaluation reform, on the basis of practical research, on the basis of action research, the use of observation, conversation, work analysis, anecdotal recording and other research methods. This paper studies the implementation strategy of portfolio evaluation in kindergarten, discusses the process strategy and reflection strategy of portfolio evaluation on the basis of defining the principles of the implementation strategy of portfolio evaluation, and finally gives some thoughts on the related issues. Put forward educational advice. The thesis consists of five parts: The first part: put forward the problem. It summarizes the origin of portfolio evaluation and the existing problems in the evaluation of kindergarten portfolio in our country. The research methods of this study are also briefly described. The second part: explain the principles of portfolio evaluation implementation strategy determination. Portfolio evaluation implementation strategy is not without the wood, we should follow four principles: to promote the development of young children. The principle of improving teachers' professional level, strengthening the interaction between teachers and children, as well as the principle of adapting to local conditions. The third part: describes the portfolio evaluation evaluation process strategy. In the implementation of the process strategy, according to the portfolio evaluation of the three stages-organizational planning stage, work collection stage. Presentation of results-put forward practical implementation strategies. Part 4th: put forward the reflective strategy of the evaluation of kindergarten portfolio. The first is to reflect in time in the whole process of evaluation, the second is to write a reflective diary, and the third is to carry on the exchange and discussion among teachers on a regular basis. Part 5th: thinking on the guarantee conditions of implementing strategy of portfolio evaluation, briefly analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of portfolio evaluation in kindergartens, and putting forward the guarantee conditions from three aspects: kindergarten teachers, parents and kindergartens.
