【摘要】: 顺应时代对教师素质提高的要求,关于教师及其发展的研究受到前所未有的重视和关注。其中,教师专业发展及其促进是近年来教师教育关注的重要问题。我国学界关于中小学教师专业发展的研究比较多,而对于幼儿教师专业发展研究的深度和广度都不够。 文献分析结果显示,影响教师专业发展的因素有多方面,学校环境是其中的重要因素之一,可目前国内有关幼儿园环境影响幼儿教师专业发展的研究甚少。本文试图弥补这方面的不足,主要分析幼儿园环境因素对幼儿教师专业发展的影响,探讨了幼儿园组织氛围、幼儿园规章制度、教师文化、园长领导风格和幼儿园支持系统对幼儿教师专业发展的影响权重和影响的路径。 通过文献研究和问卷调查后得出三个结论:其一,幼儿园环境对幼儿教师专业发展存有显著的影响;其二,在幼儿园环境各因素中,组织氛围对教师专业发展的影响最大,其次是幼儿园规章制度的影响,教师文化的影响最小。而园长领导风格和幼儿园支持系统对教师的专业发展没有直接的影响。其三,幼儿园环境各因素之间存在着紧密的相互影响的关系,据此推断,园长领导风格和幼儿园支持系统通过作用于幼儿园组织氛围、规章制度和教师文化而间接地影响到教师的专业发展。本研究确信幼儿园环境会影响幼儿教师的专业发展,加强幼儿园环境建设,整合和优化幼儿教师专业生活的具体环境,有利于化解不利的影响因素,能有效推动幼儿教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:In line with the requirements of the times for the improvement of teachers' quality, the research on teachers and their development has received unprecedented attention and attention. Teacher professional development and its promotion is an important issue of teacher education in recent years. There are many researches on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in China. However, the depth and breadth of the research on the professional development of preschool teachers are not enough. The results of literature analysis show that there are many factors that affect teachers' professional development, and the school environment is one of the important factors. However, there are few researches on the influence of kindergarten environment on the professional development of kindergarten teachers. This paper tries to make up for the deficiencies in this respect, and mainly analyzes the impact of kindergarten environmental factors on the professional development of kindergarten teachers. This paper discusses the influence of organizational atmosphere, rules and regulations, teacher culture, head leadership style and kindergarten support system on the professional development of kindergarten teachers. Through literature research and questionnaire survey, three conclusions are drawn: first, kindergarten environment has a significant impact on the professional development of kindergarten teachers; Secondly, among all the factors of kindergarten environment, organizational atmosphere has the greatest influence on teachers' professional development, followed by the influence of kindergarten rules and regulations. The teacher culture has the least influence. But the leadership style and the kindergarten support system have no direct influence on the teachers' professional development. Thirdly, there is a close relationship between the various factors of kindergarten environment. It is inferred that the leadership style of the head of the kindergarten and the kindergarten support system act on the organizational atmosphere of the kindergarten. Rules and regulations and teacher culture indirectly affect the professional development of teachers. This study is convinced that kindergarten environment will affect the professional development of kindergarten teachers and strengthen the construction of kindergarten environment. Integrating and optimizing the specific environment of preschool teachers' professional life will help to resolve the unfavorable factors and promote the professional development of preschool teachers.
