【摘要】: 领导力是一种影响力,这种影响力是一种可以引导或激发他人向一定方向努力的能力。以往研究中,领导力是属于工商业组织行为理论范畴。近年来,在教育组织行为理论发展的今天,开始有研究者关注领导力对教育活动所带来的巨大绩效。幼儿园作为基础的教育机构,与其他机构在管理上具有相当的共性。笔者在幼儿园管理活动中,把园长的管理提升到领导的高度,对园长的领导力进行了理论和实践的分析。在文献研究和调查研究的过程中,发现当前园长的领导力主要还是以传统行政权力作为基础,以经验式的领导行为主导幼儿园的发展进程,教师只是无条件地服从园长的领导,这种领导行为已经远远不能适应园长专业化发展的要求,与当前教育领导的理论和实践也有一定的差距,不仅对于幼儿教育的发展产生很大的障碍,即便是对于园长自身的发展也带来了很多不利因素。笔者重点对园长的传统领导力理论、现状进行了深度地反思、调查与分析,并重构了园长的领导力,以赋予幼儿园管理一种新的生命活力,并进而达成幼儿园管理元价值诉求的实现。 全文共分五个部分:第一部分,阐述论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方案及文献综述。第二部分,对幼儿园园长的领导力进行理论研究,,主要包括界定相关概念,分析领导力的结构等。第三部分,对园长的领导行为进行实证研究,主要通过问卷调查、访谈及观察等方法去了解园长的领导行为、领导风格及被领导者对园长的认知等。第四部分,反思当前园长领导力的状况,主要从领导力理论、传统文化、幼儿园自身特点及园长自身等角度看园长的领导力。第五部分,研究园长领导力的重构问题,主要阐述重构的理念、基础和策略。最后,对本研究的研究结论作出总体概括。
[Abstract]:The leadership is a kind of influence, this kind of influence is a kind of ability that can lead or inspire others to work in a certain direction. In the past research, leadership belongs to the theory of industrial and commercial organization behavior. With the development of educational organization behavior theory, some researchers begin to pay attention to the great achievements that leadership brings to educational activities. Kindergarten is the foundation of educational institutions. With other organizations in the management has a considerable common. The author in kindergarten management activities, the management of the head of the garden to the leadership of the height. In the process of literature research and investigation, it is found that the current leadership of the chief of the garden is mainly based on the traditional administrative power. The development process of kindergarten is dominated by experiential leadership behavior, and the teachers only serve the leadership of the kindergarten head unconditionally. This kind of leadership behavior can not meet the requirements of the professional development of the kindergarten head. There is also a certain gap with the theory and practice of current education leadership, not only for the development of early childhood education has a great obstacle. Even for the development of their own also brought a lot of unfavorable factors. The author focuses on the traditional leadership theory, the current situation of in-depth reflection, investigation and analysis, and reconstruction of the leadership of the head of the garden. In order to give kindergarten management a new vitality, and then achieve the realization of kindergarten management meta-value. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part, describes the research background, research significance, research plan and literature review. The third part is empirical research on the leadership behavior of the head of the garden, mainly through questionnaires, interviews and observations to understand the leadership behavior of the director. Part 4th reflects on the current situation of the leadership of the head of the garden, mainly from the leadership theory, traditional culture. From the point of view of the kindergarten's own characteristics and the kindergarten's own leadership. Part 5th, the author studies the reconstruction of the chief's leadership, mainly expounds the concept, foundation and strategy of the reconstruction. Finally. The conclusion of this study is summarized.
