构建更加合理的幼儿奖励机制——以幼儿园“小红花”奖励制度为例

【摘要】：评选小红花是幼儿园最常见的一项奖励制度,长期以来广泛应用于幼儿的学前教育,目的在于肯定、激励幼儿向善学习,强化幼儿正面行为,是幼儿各方面积极成长与进步的直观体现。小红花在幼儿园实践中,短期确实会使幼儿变得积极向上。然而,研究者在幼儿园实践过程中发现过度依赖小红花的奖励模式,对幼儿长期发展来说也具有很多不良影响。通过剖析小红花奖励制度的利与弊,在肯定小红花奖励制度的基础上,建议幼儿教育过程中不能"滥用"小红花,避免约束幼儿的求知、探索欲望。同时,积极探索更加有利于培养幼儿德智体全面成长的激励机制。
[Abstract]:The selection of small safflower is the most common reward system in kindergartens, for a long time widely used in preschool education of young children, the purpose is to affirm, encourage children to learn well, strengthen children's positive behavior. Small safflower in kindergarten practice, short-term will really make children become positive. However. Researchers in kindergarten practice found that excessive reliance on small safflower reward model, for the long-term development of young children also has a lot of adverse effects. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of small safflower reward system. On the basis of affirming the reward system of small safflower, it is suggested that the small safflower should not be "abused" in the process of early childhood education, so as to avoid restricting the knowledge of young children and explore their desire. Actively explore more conducive to the cultivation of moral, intellectual and physical comprehensive growth of young children incentive mechanism.
