湖南省N县乡镇中心幼儿园建设现状研究

【摘要】: 幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分。在我国,农村幼儿教育却相当薄弱。当前和今后较长一段时期内,发展幼儿教育的重点在农村,难点也在农村。目前,农村幼教机构存在许多问题,影响了农村儿童身心的健康成长和幼儿教育事业的健康发展。因此,在全国范围内加快建设乡镇中心幼儿园,充分发挥其示范、辐射作用,以推动和加快农村学前教育的发展与普及,缩小城乡教育差距,为农村幼儿提供学前教育机会,是一种现实的必然选择。对乡镇中心幼儿园建设现状的研究,对促进农村幼儿教育的发展,从而实现城乡学前教育平衡发展乃至城乡教育公平具有重要的理论和实践意义。 本研究采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法和实地观察法等,对湖南省N县及随机抽样的12所乡镇中心幼儿园的建设现状进行了调查,从乡镇中心幼儿园的建园率、在园幼儿比率、办园体制、办园水平、办园条件、师资队伍建设、保教及科研工作和示范作用发挥情况等多个角度阐述了湖南省N县乡镇中心幼儿园建设现状,分析其建设中存在的问题,提出加强乡镇中心幼儿园建设的建议。 本研究发现,湖南省N县乡镇中心幼儿园建设中存在的问题有:1、对乡镇中心幼儿园的建设认识不到位;2、乡镇中心幼儿园建设和发展经费不足;3、管理力量薄弱,对乡镇中心幼儿园建设管理不力;4、规范、督导乡镇中心幼儿园建设的制度不健全;5、乡镇中心幼儿园幼儿教师成长条件欠缺;6、乡镇中心幼儿园示范作用发挥不够。 针对乡镇中心幼儿园存在的问题,本研究对于进一步发展乡镇中心幼儿园提出如下建议:1、进一步提高对乡镇中心幼儿园建设意义的认识;2、增加投入,加强管理,加快乡镇中心幼儿园的建设;3、明确乡镇中心幼儿园建设标准,按照标准建园;4、建立以乡镇中心幼儿园为依托的农村幼教业务指导网络;5、努力提高乡镇中心幼儿园师资队伍的整体水平;6、积极发挥乡镇中心幼儿园中心示范作用。
[Abstract]:Preschool education is an important part of basic education. In our country, the early childhood education in rural areas is rather weak. At present and in the future for a long period of time, the focus of the development of early childhood education is in rural areas, the difficulty is also in rural areas. There are many problems in rural preschool education institutions, which affect the healthy growth of rural children and the healthy development of early childhood education. Therefore, we should speed up the construction of township central kindergartens throughout the country and give full play to their demonstration. Radiation, in order to promote and accelerate the development and popularization of pre-school education in rural areas, reduce the gap between urban and rural education, and provide preschool education opportunities for rural children. It is an inevitable choice of reality. The research on the present situation of the construction of township central kindergartens will promote the development of rural early childhood education. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to realize the balanced development of urban and rural preschool education and the equity of urban and rural education. In this study, literature, questionnaire, interview and field observation methods were used to investigate the status of construction of 12 villages and towns center kindergartens in N county and random sampling in Hunan Province. From the establishment rate of the township central kindergarten, the ratio of children in the kindergarten, the system of running the garden, the level of running the garden, the conditions of running the garden, and the construction of the teaching staff. This paper expounds the current situation of kindergarten construction in N County of Hunan Province and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of kindergarten from several angles, such as teaching, scientific research and demonstration. Suggestions on strengthening the construction of township central kindergartens are put forward. This study found that there are some problems in the construction of township central kindergartens in N County, Hunan Province. 2.The funds for the construction and development of kindergartens in township centers are insufficient; (3) weak management power and weak management on the construction of township central kindergartens; (4) the system of standardizing and supervising the construction of township central kindergartens is not perfect; 5. The growth condition of kindergarten teachers in township center is short; 6. The demonstration role of township central kindergartens is not enough. In view of the problems existing in the township central kindergarten, this study puts forward the following suggestions for further development of the township central kindergarten: 1, to further enhance the understanding of the significance of the township central kindergarten construction; (2) increase investment, strengthen management and speed up the construction of township central kindergartens; 3. Make clear the construction standard of township central kindergarten, and set up the kindergarten according to the standard; (4) establishing the guiding network of rural preschool education based on township central kindergartens; 5. Try to improve the overall level of the teaching staff of township central kindergartens; 6. Play an exemplary role in town center and kindergarten center.
