义务教育的推进对贫困地区幼儿教育的影响

【摘要】：义务教育的推进对贫困地区幼儿教育造成了诸多负面影响,主要表现为幼儿园(班)数减少、儿童入园(班)率降低、幼教资金和幼儿教师编制紧缺等。其中,贫困地区早期教育过度依附于小学教育,各级管理部门对早期教育的严重忽视以及教育体制的分割是产生上述问题的根源,应从拓展学前教育开展的途径和形式,加强和重视对学前教育的管理,将幼儿教育纳入义务教育范畴之中,以及对贫困地区早期教育进行专项投入等方面入手,切实地减少义务教育的推进对贫困地区幼儿教育带来的消极影响。
[Abstract]:The promotion of compulsory education has caused many negative effects on early childhood education in poverty-stricken areas, mainly as follows: the number of kindergartens (classes) is reduced, the rate of children entering the kindergarten (class) is reduced, the funds for early childhood education and the establishment of early childhood teachers are in short supply, and so on. The excessive dependence of early education in poor areas on primary education, the serious neglect of early education at all levels and the division of the educational system are the root causes of the above problems. Strengthening and attaching importance to the management of preschool education, bringing it into the scope of compulsory education, and making special investment in early education in poor areas, Effectively reduce the negative impact of the promotion of compulsory education on early childhood education in poor areas.
