幼儿园教育教学“实验热”的理性分析

【摘要】:幼儿园教育教学实验是一个热点问题,本文针对这一问题进行分析与反思,寻找其成因,分析其特点,肯定积极因素,发现存在问题,提出发展建议。以一种理性态度来审视当前的幼儿园教育教学“实验热”现象,以科学的教育教学实验方法和正确的态度来开展实验,是幼儿园教育教学实验健康发展的需要,更是幼儿园教育能够可持续地和谐发展的需要。 论文分五部分: 第一章:结合幼儿园中的一些现象,提出“实验热”确实是幼儿园的一个热点问题,同时,幼儿园教育的健康发展需要我们对其进行适时反思。 第二章:从社会的关注、家长的高期望和幼儿园生存竞争的需要,以及幼儿园教育的非义务性教育几个方面来分析“实验热”产生的原因。 第三章:先通过对实验引入方式、实验进行方式、实验理论基础、教师培训方式这几个方面进行划分,分析实验的类型多样的特点;再纵观幼儿园的教育教学实验的整个状况,分析实验的变革性、外源性特点。 第四章:通过对不同实验及其参与教师的分析,肯定实验的积极效果,包括:教师观念转变、科研意识增强以及课程模式多样与教学方法更有针对性。同时还分析了实验中存在的盲目性和功利性问题。 第五章:针对幼儿园教育教学实验的未来发展需要和当前存在的问题,提出了,幼儿园应该重视实验的内源性发展,日常教育教学活动应该围绕着内源性实验展开,通过日常教育实验提高教师专业素质;以内源性教育实验促进园本课程形成;建立开放的专业学习化组织以保证内源性实验的持续开展。
[Abstract]:The teaching experiment of kindergarten education is a hot issue. This paper analyzes and reflects on this problem, finds out its causes, analyzes its characteristics, affirms the positive factors, and finds out the problems. It is necessary for the healthy development of kindergarten educational experiment to examine the phenomenon of "experimental fever" in kindergarten education and teaching with a rational attitude, and to carry out experiments with scientific educational and teaching experimental methods and correct attitude. It is also the need for the sustainable and harmonious development of kindergarten education. The paper is divided into five parts:. Chapter one: considering some phenomena in kindergarten, the author points out that "experimental fever" is indeed a hot issue in kindergarten, and at the same time, the healthy development of kindergarten education needs us to reflect on it. The second chapter analyzes the causes of "experimental fever" from the social concern, the high expectation of parents and the need of kindergarten survival competition, as well as the non-compulsory education of kindergarten education. The third chapter: through the introduction of experiments, experimental methods, experimental theoretical basis, teacher training methods to analyze the characteristics of the various types of experiments, and then look at the whole situation of kindergarten education and teaching experiments, The characteristics of the experiment are analyzed. Chapter 4th: through the analysis of different experiments and their participation in teachers, we affirm the positive effects of experiments, including: the change of teachers' concepts, The enhancement of scientific research consciousness and the diversity of curriculum models are more pertinent to the teaching methods, and the blindness and utilitarian problems existing in the experiment are also analyzed. Chapter 5th: aiming at the need of the future development of kindergarten education and teaching experiment and the existing problems, the author points out that kindergarten should attach importance to the endogenous development of the experiment, and the daily education and teaching activities should revolve around the endogenous experiment. To improve teachers' professional quality through daily educational experiments; to promote the formation of garden-based curriculum by endogenous educational experiments; to establish an open professional learning organization to ensure the continuous development of endogenous experiments.
