幼儿园教师闲暇生活调查研究

【摘要】: 闲暇是生命的一种优雅状态,是一个人“成为人”的过程,是一个人完成个人与社会发展任务的主要存在空间。教育作为育人的艺术,教师的内在修养与人生的丰富完善至关重要。而闲暇正是教师提升内在修养,完善个性,解放精神的重要空间。闲暇生活质量不仅是教师个人生活质量的重要指标之一,而且对教师的专业发展有着深远影响。为此,笔者对上海市187名幼儿园教师的闲暇生活现状进行了问卷调查,在此基础上分析上海市幼儿园教师闲暇生活的特点、影响因素,并尝试针对研究发现的问题提出相应的建议。 全文共分为六章: 第一章主要阐述了本文选题缘由及核心概念“闲暇”的内涵,对国内外闲暇研究的历史与现状进行了梳理、概述,并说明了本研究的目标、意义、研究方法与对象等。 第二章通过对上海幼儿园教师日常时间分配情况的调查,得出幼儿园教师家务劳动时间花费较少,实际工作时间较长,空闲时间在一定程度上被挤占等主要结论。 第三章对上海幼儿园教师闲暇生活内容进行了调查和分析,研究发现幼儿园教师闲暇活动不够丰富,闲暇活动的充实度与结构的协调度有待进一步改善;并考察了幼儿园教师在闲暇活动中的主要同伴、闲暇技能以及参与闲暇活动的阻碍因素等。 第四章对上海幼儿园教师的闲暇心态进行了考察,闲暇心态包括闲暇生活体验、闲暇生活满意度、对闲暇生活质量的评价以及闲暇价值观等方面。 第五章呈现了教师对调查问卷中两道开放题的作答情况。透过教师对“完美的一天”以及“孤岛上的闲暇生活”的畅想,我们得以更为深入且生动地了解教师的闲暇需求、闲暇偏好与闲暇价值观。 第六章在总结概括前文调查结果基础上,分析了幼儿园教师闲暇生活质量欠佳的原因,并提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:Leisure is an elegant state of life, a process of "becoming human" and the main existing space for a person to complete his personal and social development tasks. The inner accomplishment of teachers and the enrichment and perfection of life are very important. Leisure is an important space for teachers to improve their inner cultivation, perfect their personality and emancipate their spirits. The quality of leisure life is not only one of the important indicators of teachers' personal quality of life. Therefore, the author made a questionnaire survey on 187 kindergarten teachers' leisure life in Shanghai, and then analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of Shanghai kindergarten teachers' leisure life. And try to put forward the corresponding suggestions in view of the problems found in the study. The full text is divided into six chapters:. The first chapter mainly expounds the reason of choosing this topic and the connotation of the core concept "leisure", combs and summarizes the history and present situation of leisure research at home and abroad, and explains the goal, significance, research method and object of this study. The second chapter through the Shanghai kindergarten teacher daily time distribution investigation, draws the kindergarten teacher household work time to spend less, the actual working time is longer, the free time is crowded in certain degree and so on main conclusion. The third chapter makes an investigation and analysis on the content of Shanghai kindergarten teachers' leisure life, and finds that the leisure activities of kindergarten teachers are not rich enough, and the coordination degree between the enrichment and structure of leisure activities needs to be further improved. The main companions of kindergarten teachers in leisure activities, leisure skills and obstacles to leisure activities were investigated. Chapter 4th investigates the leisure mentality of Shanghai kindergarten teachers. The leisure mentality includes leisure life experience, leisure life satisfaction, evaluation of leisure life quality and leisure values. Chapter 5th presents teachers' responses to the two open questions in the questionnaire. Through teachers' reflections on "perfect day" and "leisure life on isolated islands", we can get a deeper and more vivid understanding of teachers' leisure needs. Leisure preference and leisure values. On the basis of summarizing the survey results above, Chapter 6th analyzes the reasons for the poor quality of kindergarten teachers' leisure life, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
