大班幼儿规避行为研究

【摘要】: 规避行为是幼儿面临自我生存和规则环境之间的冲突而发展出的社会化行为,对它进行考察有助于探明幼儿社会化过程中心理的变化,发掘幼儿规则认知的特点,丰富幼儿社会化理论。 本研究采用质的研究方法对幼儿规避行为进行实地观察和访谈,采用“白描”的方式记录观察结果。获取资料后编码分析,通过量的统计呈现幼儿规避行为的大体状况,通过质的分析进一步揭示规避行为的类型、特征,进而分析成因,提出相应的教育建议。 研究发现,规避行为由规避主体、规避对象、规避行为和规避结果四个要素组成,具有结果偏离性、行为关联性和动机利己性三大特征,是有别于失范行为、越轨行为的幼儿策略化行为。 根据规避指向的不同可区分为指向教师的幼儿规避和指向同伴的幼儿规避;根据规避策略载体的不同可区分为言语规避和动作规避;根据规避结果的不同可区分为完全成功的规避、部分成功的规避和失败的规避。研究发现,幼儿规避行为主要发生在转换活动期间,其解释具有自我服务的归因倾向,而规避指向的不同也影响幼儿规避策略的采用和规避的成败;作为规避指向的教师常调整自身行为、适应幼儿的需求。 幼儿规避行为的产生是多方面因素综合作用的结果,需求的冲突是行为发生的前提条件,利己是规避行为发生的根本动因,幼儿认知特点和规范构成了规避行为发生的内外部因素。面对幼儿的规避行为,教师应树立正确的态度,建立完善的规范制度,理解并为幼儿社会化提供支持。
[Abstract]:Evading behavior is a kind of socialization behavior developed by children facing the conflict between self-existence and rule environment. It is helpful to investigate the psychological changes in the process of children's socialization and explore the characteristics of children's cognition of rules. Enrich the theory of children's socialization. This study used qualitative research methods to conduct field observation and interview on children's circumvention behavior, and recorded the observation results by "white drawing". After obtaining the data, the data were coded and analyzed, and the statistics of throughput showed the general situation of children's circumvention behavior. Through qualitative analysis, the types and characteristics of evading behavior are further revealed, and the causes are analyzed, and corresponding educational suggestions are put forward. The study found that the evading behavior is different from the abnormal behavior because it is composed of four elements: the subject of circumvention, the object of circumvention, the evading behavior and the result of circumvention, which are characterized by deviation of result, relevance of behavior and self-interest of motive. According to the different circumvention strategies, it can be divided into the avoidance of children pointing to teachers and the avoidance of children pointing to peers, and the different carriers of circumvention strategies can be divided into avoidance of speech and avoidance of action. According to the different results of circumvention, it can be divided into completely successful circumvention, partial successful circumvention and unsuccessful evading. The study found that children's evading behavior mainly occurs during the transition activities, and their explanations have the tendency of self-service attribution. The difference of circumvention direction also affects the adoption of avoidance strategy and the success or failure of evading. Teachers as circumvention direction often adjust their own behavior to meet the needs of children. The emergence of children's evading behavior is the result of the comprehensive action of many factors, the conflict of demand is the prerequisite for the occurrence of the behavior, and self-interest is the fundamental reason for the occurrence of the evading behavior. Children's cognitive characteristics and norms constitute the internal and external factors of evading behavior. In the face of children's evading behavior, teachers should establish a correct attitude, establish a perfect normative system, understand and provide support for children's socialization.
