鞍山市城区幼儿园体育活动实施分析

【摘要】: 幼儿园作为学龄前幼儿实施保育和教育的机构和基础教育的有机组成部分,实践着“促进幼儿身体正常发育和机能协调发展,增强体质,培养良好的生活习惯、卫生习惯和参加体育活动兴趣”等幼儿教育目标这一重要工作。 幼儿期是生长发育的重要阶段,新陈代谢比较旺盛,各器官系统都未发育完善,如果幼儿经常参加体育活动,对于未成熟的器官是一种很好的促进:幼儿的骨骼系统得到锻炼,容易长得高大;肌肉得到锻炼就会显得结实;食欲增加,肠胃的消化能力增强,能吸收所需要的营养,使身体发育得更好,体质也会随之而增强起来。 幼儿园作为幼儿体育活动有目的、有计划得以施行的机构,其组织管理、活动目标、师资水平、场地器材等内、外部环境和条件将直接影响幼儿的生长发育、成长、成材,也直接关系到他们将来的学习、工作生活,关系到国家未来建设人才的体质与健康。加强对幼儿园体育活动实施的研究,可以了解幼儿身心发展规律和幼儿生长敏感期,也可以了解到体育活动开展过程中存在的问题,从而制定科学合理的发展规划,为幼儿园体育活动的开展从管理到实施提供理论和数据上的支撑,进而推动幼儿园体育活动的改革与发展,使其更好地为“促进幼儿生长发育”这一功能性目标服务。因此,对幼儿园体育活动的研究具有突出的现实意义和深远的战略意义。通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等多种科研方法,对“鞍山市城区幼儿园体育活动实施的分析,得出如下结论: 1鞍山市各幼儿园均重视幼儿体育活动的开展,100%的幼儿园有各种形式的体育活动内容和组织形式,为体育活动促进幼儿生长发育功能性目标的实现奠定了基础。 2鞍山市省级、市级示范幼儿园无论是在场地、器材等硬件设施方面还是在体育活动行政管理、具体实施方面均优于一级幼儿园、二幼儿园和三级幼儿园。 3鞍山市幼儿园由于部分教师体育专业知识方面存在欠缺和不足,体育活动开展的科学化程度较低,体育活动开展不足完全实现促进幼儿生长发育和增强体质的功能性目标,存在着形式重于活动效果的现象。 4鞍山市幼儿园在体育活动室内、外场地投入上还存在不足,体育场地不足以完全满足办园的条件和幼儿学生的多种体育需求。 5鞍山市各级幼儿园在开展幼儿体质监测与评价方面尚属空白,幼儿教师的体育科研和学术参与氛围也不浓郁,体育风险规避措施尚不能很好地运用于幼儿体育活动中,这些不足不同程度制约、影响着幼儿体育活动的成效。
[Abstract]:As an organic part of preschool children's care and education and basic education, kindergartens practice "promoting children's normal development and coordinated development of their functions, strengthening their physique and cultivating good living habits." Hygiene habits and interest in participating in sports activities, "such as early childhood education goals this important work." Early childhood is an important stage of growth and development. The metabolism is relatively vigorous, and all organ systems are not well developed. If children often participate in sports activities, It's a great boost for immature organs: the child's skeletal system is exercised and easily grows tall; the muscles become strong when exercised; and the appetite increases, the stomach becomes more digestible, and it absorbs the needed nutrients. Make the body develop better, and the physique will be strengthened with it. Kindergarten, as a purposeful and planned organization for children's sports activities, has a direct impact on the growth, development, growth and development of young children, as well as its organization and management, activity objectives, teachers' level, site and equipment, and so on. It is also directly related to their future study, work and life, and to the constitution and health of the country's future construction talents. By strengthening the research on the implementation of sports activities in kindergartens, we can understand the laws of children's physical and mental development and the sensitive period of their growth. It is also possible to understand the problems existing in the process of carrying out sports activities, so as to formulate a scientific and reasonable development plan and provide theoretical and data support for the development of sports activities in kindergartens from management to implementation. Thus, the reform and development of kindergarten sports activities will be promoted to better serve the functional goal of "promoting the growth and development of young children". The research on kindergarten sports activities has prominent practical significance and far-reaching strategic significance. Through the use of literature, questionnaire and other scientific research methods, this paper analyzes the implementation of kindergarten sports activities in Anshan City. The following conclusions are drawn:. 1. 100% of kindergartens in Anshan city attach importance to the development of children's sports activities, which has various forms of sports activities and forms of organization, which lays a foundation for the realization of the functional goal of promoting the growth and development of children by sports activities. (2) Anshan provincial, municipal model kindergarten is superior to the first class kindergarten, the second kindergarten and the third class kindergarten in terms of hardware facilities such as venue, equipment and administration of sports activities. Because of the deficiency and deficiency of some teachers' physical education professional knowledge in Anshan kindergarten, the scientific degree of sports activities is low, and the functional goal of promoting the growth and development of children and strengthening their physique can be realized completely by the lack of sports activities. There exists the phenomenon that the form is more important than the effect of the activity. (4) in the sports activity room of Anshan City, there are still some deficiencies in the field input, and the sports field is not enough to meet the conditions of running the kindergarten and the various sports needs of the young children. 5There is still a blank in monitoring and evaluation of children's physique in all levels of kindergartens in Anshan City, and the atmosphere of physical research and academic participation of preschool teachers is not strong, and the measures of avoiding sports risks can not be applied well in the sports activities of young children. These deficiencies in varying degrees of constraints, affecting the effectiveness of child sports activities.
