上海市幼儿园教师对主题性音乐活动认知现状的调查研究

【摘要】: 在二期课改的背景下,幼儿园的教育教学都发生了很大的改变。新课改对幼儿教师的能力和素养都提出了新的要求,幼儿的音乐教育更是如此。本研究旨在通过数据调查和分析,了解幼儿园教师对主题性音乐活动的认知现状及其影响因素,希望对幼儿园主题性音乐活动的开展现状提供依据,也为教师的认知提升提出一些建议。 本研究选取上海市10所幼儿园的188名教师作为被试,采用文献分析、访谈以及问卷调查法,编制了《幼儿园教师对主题性音乐活动的认知现状问卷》,并运用描述性统计、T检验、方差分析、LSD检验等方法,研究幼儿教师对主题性音乐活动的认知现状以及其影响因素。研究结果表明: (1)幼儿教师对主题性音乐活动概念的认知尚欠清晰。 (2)幼儿教师对主题性音乐活动的评价存在一定偏差。 (3)幼儿教师对如何开展主题性音乐活动存在困惑。 (4)幼儿教师对活动的素材搜集使用感到迷茫。 (5)幼儿教师对主题性音乐活动的认知受到幼儿园等级、教师年龄、教龄、职称、在职培训的影响,与幼儿园区域和教师学历无关。
[Abstract]:In the context of the second phase of curriculum reform, great changes have taken place in kindergarten education and teaching. The new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements for the ability and accomplishment of kindergarten teachers. The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of kindergarten teachers' cognition of thematic music activities and their influencing factors through data investigation and analysis, and hope to provide the basis for the development of thematic music activities in kindergartens. It also provides some suggestions for teachers to improve their cognition. This study selected 188 teachers from 10 kindergartens in Shanghai as subjects, and used literature analysis, interviews and questionnaires. The questionnaire of Kindergarten Teachers' Cognitive status of thematic Music activities was compiled, and the methods of descriptive statistical T test and ANOVA LSD test were used. The present situation of preschool teachers' cognition of thematic music activities and its influencing factors are studied. The results show that:. 1) the concept of thematic music activities is not clear to preschool teachers. 2) there are some deviations in the evaluation of thematic music activities by preschool teachers. 3) preschool teachers are confused about how to carry out thematic music activities. 4) the preschool teachers are confused about the collection and use of the materials for the activities. 5) the teachers' cognition of thematic music activities is influenced by kindergarten grade, teacher's age, teaching age, professional title, on-the-job training, and has nothing to do with kindergarten area and teachers' educational background.
