遵义市学龄前儿童口腔健康相关行为调查

【摘要】：目的了解遵义市学龄前儿童口腔健康相关行为,为开展学前儿童口腔健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取遵义市14所幼儿园共计5 132名儿童,参照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查报告》中的5岁组儿童家长问卷,对儿童家长进行问卷调查。结果 68.2%的学龄前儿童3岁以后开始刷牙,51.9%的儿童每日只刷1次牙,17.9%的儿童很少或从不刷牙;知晓"窝沟封闭可以预防儿童龋齿"的家长仅占11.0%,70.2%的家长从不检查儿童的刷牙效果;家长口腔健康知识主要来源于电视/广播(26.2%)、报刊/杂志(17.3%);儿童到口腔科就医原因主要为急(慢)性牙痛(26.1%),定期进行口腔检查的儿童极少(15.8%)。结论遵义市学龄前儿童口腔健康行为不容乐观,家长口腔健康知识欠缺。应加强对家长、幼教人员及儿童口腔保健知识及行为的宣传教育,促进儿童建立正确的口腔健康行为。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate oral health related behaviors of preschool children in Zunyi, and to provide scientific basis for oral health education of preschool children. Methods 5,132 children in 14 kindergartens in Zunyi were sampled by random cluster sampling. Referring to the parents' questionnaire of the 5-year-old children in the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey, Results 51.9% of the children brushed their teeth only once a day and 17.9% of the children brushed their teeth only once a day, and 17.9% of the children did not brush their teeth at least once a day. Results 68.2% of the preschool children began to brush their teeth only once a day after 3 years of age. Only 11.0% of the parents who knew that "pit and groove sealing can prevent children's dental caries" never checked their children's tooth brushing effect. Parents' oral health knowledge mainly comes from television / radio 26.2and newspapers / magazines 17.30.The main reason for children to go to stomatology is acute (slow) toothache 26.1.The children who regularly have oral examinations are seldom 15.80.Conclusion Preschool children in Zunyi City. Oral health behavior is not optimistic, Parents' oral health knowledge is deficient. Publicity and education on oral health knowledge and behavior of parents, kindergarten teachers and children should be strengthened to promote children to establish correct oral health behaviors.
