【摘要】：通过调查与分析,发现农村幼儿园职初教师的工作生活质量总体来说喜忧参半,幼儿园管理者应为提高幼儿教师的工作生活质量采取积极有效的措施。
[Abstract]:Through investigation and analysis, it is found that the quality of work and life of teachers in rural kindergartens is generally mixed, and kindergarten managers should take active and effective measures to improve the quality of work and life of kindergarten teachers.
