北京幼儿园实施项目教学的可行性研究

【摘要】:本研究缘起于两方面的原因,第一研究者在台湾交流期间参观台湾开展项目教学的幼儿园,从此萌生了对项目教学的兴趣。第二,我国的幼教课程改革。研究者通过查阅项目教学的文献,确定了本研究的方向。本研究的目的在与探讨项目教学在北京地区幼儿园的可行性,以期改进幼儿园的教学方法,提高幼儿的学习效果,并促进教师自身的专业成长,且这一实践能符合《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》的要求。 本研究分为两个部分的内容,第一部分是研究者开展项目教学的行动研究。研究者在北京地区某公立幼儿园大班开展主题为“各种各样的食物”的项目教学的行动研究,讨论在幼儿园的具体情境下,如何选择项目主题和教学内容:教师在实施项目课程的过程中会遭遇哪些问题,这些问题如何解决;教师如何支持幼儿的学习等问题。研究发现:第一,教师主题网与幼儿主题网差异明显;第二,幼儿不善于提问;第三,实地参访活动在幼儿园很难实现;第四,可以利用家长解决参访的难题;第五,把握随机的教育机会,教学效果显著;第六,在一手资源难以获得的情况下,教师可充分开发和利用二手资源:第七,专家访谈内容的设计很重要;第八,组织项目活动时,教师应关注幼儿的文化差异;第九,对于幼儿不熟悉的活动形式,教师应给予指导;第十,注意项目教学时各种活动的延伸。 第二部分是对北京地区幼儿园开展项目教学现状的调查。由于行动研究遭遇很多困难,研究者思考这些困难是否具有普遍性,因此对北京地区的幼儿教师进行了问卷调查。研究者共调查了112名幼儿教师,并深入访谈了三名幼儿园的管理人员,目的是了解项目教学在幼儿园实施的现状。调查结果显示,第一,大部分幼儿教师不了解项目教学;第二,教师和管理者都认可项目教学;第三,幼儿园具备开展项目教学的硬件条件;第四,开展项目教学仍然面临很多实际的困难。
[Abstract]:This study stems from two reasons. The first researcher visited the kindergarten where the project teaching was conducted in Taiwan during the exchange in Taiwan, and from then on began to have an interest in project teaching. Second, The course reform of preschool education in China. Through consulting the literature of project teaching, the researcher determines the direction of this study. The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of project teaching in kindergartens in Beijing area, with a view to improving the teaching methods of kindergartens. This practice can meet the requirements of the guidelines for Kindergarten Education (try out). This research is divided into two parts. The first part is the action research of the project teaching, which is carried out in a large class of a public kindergarten in Beijing area with the theme of "all kinds of food". This paper discusses how to choose the project theme and the teaching content in the specific situation of the kindergarten: what problems the teachers will encounter in the course of implementing the project curriculum and how to solve these problems; The study found that: first, the difference between teacher theme network and early childhood theme network is obvious; second, children are not good at asking questions; third, the field visit activities in kindergarten is very difficult to achieve; 4th, Parents can be used to solve the problem; 5th, grasp random educational opportunities, teaching results are remarkable; 6th, in the case of primary resources, teachers can fully develop and use second-hand resources: 7th, The design of expert interview content is very important; 8th, when organizing project activities, teachers should pay attention to children's cultural differences; 9th, teachers should give guidance to children's unfamiliar forms of activities; 10th, Pay attention to the extension of various activities in project teaching. The second part is a survey of the current situation of project teaching in kindergartens in Beijing. Due to the difficulties encountered in action research, the researchers consider whether these difficulties are universal. Therefore, a questionnaire survey was conducted among preschool teachers in Beijing. The researchers investigated 112 preschool teachers and interviewed three kindergarten administrators in order to understand the status quo of the implementation of project teaching in kindergartens. First, most preschool teachers do not understand the project teaching; second, teachers and managers approve of project teaching; third, kindergartens have the hardware conditions to carry out project teaching; 4th, project teaching still faces many practical difficulties.
