兰州市幼儿园一日生活管理中的问题分析及策略研究

【摘要】:幼儿园班级不仅是幼儿在园学习的主要场所,同时又是其生活的“家园”。幼儿在班级中的生活是其漫长的社会化过程中的一个重要阶段,在其全部生活中占据着举足轻重的地位。因此,如何对幼儿在幼儿园班级的生活进行科学有效的管理、提高幼儿生活素质教育,是当前教育改革的迫切需要。本研究通过广泛深入的调查,以了解幼儿园一日生活管理的现状,分析存在的问题,并寻找适合幼儿身心发展的幼儿园一日生活管理有效策略,,研究主要有以下发现: 1、目前幼儿园一日生活管理问题 (1)一日生活安排过于死板 (2)注重教学活动,忽视生活环节 (3)重集体教育活动,轻个体自由发展 (4)重教师统一要求,轻幼儿自我管理 (5)在一日生活活动中,教师对幼儿个性差异观察不够,教育缺乏针对性 2、从原因上分析,主要受幼儿教师的传统教育观念、幼儿园管理制度、幼儿园师生比例、社会和家长的要求等因素的影响。 3、根据实际观察和调查研究,提出了如下幼儿园一日生活管理策略: (1)科学合理安排幼儿一日活动。主要注意点包括稳定性、规则性与灵活性相结合;将幼儿常规的建立成为幼儿自发的需要;重视转换环节;游戏贯穿一日生活;反思评价一日生活等。 (2)建立良好的师幼关系 (3)创设丰富的活动环境 (4)直接指导和间接指导相结合 (5)加强生活环节的管理 (6)幼儿园管理应“以人为本”
[Abstract]:Kindergarten class is not only the main place for children to study in kindergarten, but also the "home" of their life. The life of children in the class is an important stage in their long process of socialization. Therefore, how to carry on the scientific and effective management to the children's life in the kindergarten class, and how to improve the children's quality of life education, It is an urgent need to reform education at present. Through extensive and in-depth investigation, this study aims to understand the present situation of kindergarten life management in 1st, to analyze the existing problems, and to find effective strategies for kindergarten life management on 1st, which is suitable for the physical and mental development of young children. The main findings of the study are as follows:. 1. The management of kindergarten life in 1st. 1st living arrangements are too rigid. Pay attention to teaching activities and ignore life links. 3) attaching importance to collective education activities and neglecting individual free development. 4) emphasizing the unified requirements of teachers and neglecting the self-management of children. (5) in 1st, teachers did not observe children's personality differences sufficiently, and education lacked pertinence. 2. It is mainly influenced by the traditional educational concept of preschool teachers, the management system of kindergartens, the ratio of teachers and students in kindergartens, the demands of society and parents, and so on. 3. According to the actual observation and investigation, this paper puts forward the following management strategies of kindergarten life in 1st:. 1) arranging the activities of children on 1st scientifically and reasonably. The main points of attention include stability, combination of regularity and flexibility, establishment of routine for children to be the spontaneous needs of children, attention to the link of transformation, play through the life of 1st; Introspection and evaluation of life in 1st. (2) establishing a good teacher-child relationship. Creating a rich environment for activities. 4) combination of direct and indirect guidance. (5) strengthening the management of life links. Kindergarten management should be "people-oriented"
