学前教师职前教育发展策略探究

【摘要】：学前教师专业化问题密切关系着幼儿教育质量,而教师专业化始于职前教育阶段,故审视学前教师职前教育发展存在的问题尤为必要。文章以教师专业化发展为切入点,结合当前教师资格国考政策,探讨学前教师职前教育发展培养模式、课程设置、实习制度、课程体系方面存在的问题,尝试从完善培养体制、完善实践模式、重构课程体系等方面探讨有效的发展策略。
[Abstract]:The professionalization of preschool teachers is closely related to the quality of preschool education, and teacher specialization begins at the stage of pre-service education, so it is particularly necessary to examine the problems existing in the development of pre-school teachers' pre-service education. Combining with the current national examination policy of teacher qualification, this paper probes into the problems existing in the development and cultivation mode, curriculum arrangement, practice system and curriculum system of pre-school teachers' pre-service education, and tries to perfect the training system and the practice model from the aspects of perfecting the training system and perfecting the practical model. This paper discusses the effective development strategies from the aspects of reconstructing the curriculum system and so on.
