做“轻松”的幼儿教师——《指南》背景下如何开展区域游戏活动

【摘要】：区域游戏活动作为幼儿园的基本活动由于符合幼儿身心发展的规律,满足了幼儿活动和游戏的需要,受到了幼儿的喜爱和欢迎。本文探讨在《指南》背景下,把游戏的权利还给幼儿,让幼儿在区域游戏活动中"自己玩""自由想""轻松做"实现快乐游戏的理念;幼儿教师要在区域游戏活动中适时介入,要"注意看""留心听""多打气",让幼儿游戏更有活力与生命力,通过掌握区域游戏活动的要点,遵循幼儿发展规律,在幼儿教育工作中达到事倍功半的效果,使幼儿教师从传统繁重的幼儿游戏活动负担中解脱出来,实现做"轻松"幼儿教师的目标。
