基于合作共同体的幼儿园新教师培训策略的研究

【摘要】: 教师的专业成长是当今世界师范教育所面临的一个共同课题,是师资队伍质量得以不断提高的重要保证。新教师作为教师群体的一个重要组成部分,其成长直接影响到师资队伍的整体水平和稳定性。综观现在的幼儿园新教师培训,存在着培训过程缺乏互动,培训双方地位不平等,培训过程缺乏连续性等不足。而如何让幼儿园的新教师培训发挥更高的效益?本文尝试通过构建合作共同体,并将之运用于新教师培训,在不断实践研究的过程中,归纳总结出行之有效的培训策略,使新教师获得更快更好地专业成长。 全文共分五个部分: 第一部分,前言。主要包括选题缘由、研究的思路和创新之处。 第二部分,与课题相关的研究综述和概念界定。主要通过检索和梳理文献,了解前人在合作共同体和新教师培训策略方面已有的经验,提出“合作共同体”的概念,并进行阐述。同时梳理出一些与本文相关的理论作为支撑,更好地开展研究。 第三部分,主要通过问卷调查和访谈分析,了解新教师对目前培训的看法和对未来培训的需求,从而使研究工作的展开更为有的放矢。 第四部分,通过选择无锡市实验幼儿园的新教师作为培训对象,尝试将合作共同体运用于新教师的培训。在这一章节中主要呈现研究过程中的各类案例和对案例的分析。 第五部分,在以上研究的基础上,提出基于合作共同体的幼儿园新教师培训策略。
[Abstract]:The professional growth of teachers is a common task facing teachers' education in the world today and an important guarantee for the continuous improvement of the quality of teachers. New teachers are an important part of the group of teachers. Its growth has a direct impact on the overall level and stability of the teaching staff. Looking at the current training of new kindergarten teachers, there is a lack of interaction in the training process, and the status of both sides in training is not equal. Lack of continuity in the training process. And how to let the new kindergarten teacher training to play a higher benefit? This paper attempts to construct a cooperative community and apply it to the training of new teachers. In the process of continuous practice and research, the effective training strategies are summed up to enable new teachers to gain faster and better professional growth. The full text is divided into five parts:. The first part, the preface, mainly includes the reason of selecting the topic, the thought of the research and the innovation. The second part, the research review and concept definition related to the subject, mainly through searching and combing the literature, understand the previous experience in the cooperative community and new teacher training strategy, put forward the concept of "cooperative community". At the same time carding out some theories related to this paper as the support, better carry out the research. The third part mainly through questionnaire survey and interview analysis to understand the new teachers' views on the current training and the need for future training so as to make the research work more targeted. In the fourth part, by choosing the new teachers of Wuxi experimental kindergarten as the training object, we try to apply the cooperative community to the training of new teachers. In this chapter, we mainly present all kinds of cases in the research process and analyze the cases. The fifth part, on the basis of the above research, puts forward the training strategy of new kindergarten teachers based on cooperative community.
