中班幼儿谦让行为研究

【摘要】: 在幼儿社会性发展领域,谦让行为从属于亲社会行为的范畴。 本研究中将幼儿谦让行为界定为:幼儿与同伴之间在某种共同喜欢或需要的物品、角色、空间等方面发生冲突时,主动满足或先满足同伴意愿的亲社会行为。 本研究在桂林市的一所示范幼儿园中选择一个中班作为研究对象,采用自然观察法对中班幼儿进行在园跟踪观察,记录其谦让行为的真实过程,进而对观察记录进行分析,并运用访谈法对家长、幼儿及教师进行访谈,进一步了解影响中班幼儿谦让行为的多方面因素。 经过统计分析和案例分析,本研究得出如下结论:一方面,研究者概括了中班幼儿谦让行为的总体特征:一、幼儿谦让行为主要发生在游戏活动中;二、幼儿谦让行为的主题以物质资源的谦让为主;三、幼儿谦让行为的实现方式以非言语型行为方式为主;四、幼儿谦让行为的水平以意向型为主;五、由女孩发起的谦让行为多于由男孩发起的谦让行为,且差异显著,在同性别同伴间发生的次数多于在异性别同伴中发生的次数,但不存在显著差异;六、幼儿谦让行为主要发生在关系亲密的同伴之间;另一方面,中班幼儿谦让行为主要受到幼儿自身因素、家庭因素、教师因素和同伴友谊等方面的影响。 结合本研究的结论,研究者分别对家长和教师提出策略建议以引导和培养幼儿的谦让行为,最后,研究者对本研究中存在的一些问题以及研究者自身的研究能力进行了反思。
[Abstract]:In the field of children's social development, humble behavior belongs to the category of pro-social behavior. In this study, children's conciliatory behavior is defined as the pro-social behavior in which children and peers actively satisfy or first satisfy their peers' wishes when there is a conflict between children and their peers in some common objects, roles, spaces and so on. In this study, a middle class was chosen as the research object in a demonstration kindergarten in Guilin City. The natural observation method was used to track and observe the children in the middle class in the kindergarten, to record the true process of their modest behavior, and then to analyze the observation records. Interviews with parents, toddlers and teachers were conducted to further understand the various factors that affect the behavior of humility in middle class children. Through statistical analysis and case analysis, this study draws the following conclusions: on the one hand, the researcher generalizes the general characteristics of modest behavior of middle class children: first, the behavior of child humility mainly occurs in game activities; second, The theme of children's modest behavior is the humility of material resources; third, the realization of children's modest behavior is based on non-verbal behavior; fourth, the level of children's modest behavior is mainly intentional; fifth, The conciliatory behavior initiated by girls was more than that initiated by boys, and the difference was significant. The number of occurrences among peers of the same sex was more than that among peers of the opposite sex, but there was no significant difference; On the other hand, middle class children's conciliatory behavior is mainly influenced by their own factors, family factors, teachers' factors and peer friendships. Combined with the conclusion of the present study, the researchers put forward strategic suggestions to parents and teachers to guide and cultivate children's conciliatory behavior. Finally, the researchers reflect on some problems in this study and the research ability of the researchers themselves.
