我国城市社区幼儿园发展特点及存在问题研究

【摘要】： “教育社会化,社会教育化”已成为当今世界各国教育改革和发展的共同趋势,而社区教育是教育社会化、社会教育化的最佳结合点.。学前教育是社区教育的一个重要组成部分,其社会化发展已势在必行,社区学前教育在我国的兴起和发展,为学前教育的改革和发展展现了一个美好的前景。而且,随着我国城市社区建设和房地产业的迅速发展,一个个新建小区拔地而起,为满足社区居民家庭的教育需求,城市社区幼儿园应运而生,城市社区幼儿园的发展成为我国幼儿教育事业发展的重要趋势。本文以理论和实践相结合为原则,在借鉴国内外社区教育经验的基础上,对我国城市社区幼儿园的特点和存在的问题进行研究。本文由四部分组成: 第一部分:主要分析我国城市社区幼儿园发展对我国幼儿教育事业的意义,并介绍了我国城市社区幼儿园及其发展历史以及本人的研究路径。第二部分:分析我国城市社区幼儿园发展的特点,其特点有办园模式多样化、办园模式市场化、教育教学社区化。第三部分:探讨了我国城市社区幼儿园发展中存在的问题。主要问题包括:社区幼儿园办园质量有待提高;社区幼儿园布局不合理、两极分化现象严重;社区幼儿园产权归属不明确;社区幼儿园教育脱离社区的现象较为明显。第四部分:从政府、社区、幼儿园三个方面对发展我国城市社区幼儿园提出建议。
[Abstract]:"socialization of education, socialization of social education" has become the common trend of educational reform and development in the world today, and community education is the socialization of education. Pre-school education is an important part of community education, and its socialized development is imperative. It shows a bright prospect for the reform and development of preschool education. Moreover, with the rapid development of urban community construction and real estate industry in our country, new communities have emerged one by one, in order to meet the educational needs of the families of community residents. The urban community kindergarten came into being, and the development of the city community kindergarten has become an important trend of the development of our country's preschool education. This paper, based on the combination of theory and practice, draws lessons from the experience of community education at home and abroad. The characteristics and problems of urban community kindergartens in China are studied. This paper consists of four parts:. The first part mainly analyzes the significance of the development of urban community kindergartens to the cause of early childhood education in China, and introduces the history of urban community kindergartens and their development history as well as my research path. The second part analyzes the characteristics of the development of urban community kindergartens in our country. The characteristics of the development of urban community kindergartens are diversification of the mode of running the garden, marketization of the mode of running the garden, communitalization of education and teaching. The third part discusses the problems existing in the development of urban community kindergartens in China. The main problems include: the quality of running community kindergartens needs to be improved, the layout of community kindergartens is unreasonable, and the phenomenon of polarization is serious. The ownership of community kindergarten is not clear, and the phenomenon of community kindergarten education leaving the community is obvious. The fourth part: from the government, the community, the kindergarten three aspects to develop our country city community kindergarten to put forward the proposal.
