幼儿园应对祖辈教养状况的研究

【摘要】: 随着社会的发展,祖辈家长参与孙子女教养的现象越来越普遍,这是客观存在的状况,也是种种原因造成的必然。这种状况的存在既有积极的一面,也有消极的一面,重要的不是讨论它的存在是否合理,而是研究如何从幼儿园的角度来应对祖辈教养状况,提高祖辈家长的教养水平,促进孩子的健康发展。 国外关于祖辈教养的研究较少,国内的研究长期被忽视,现有的研究也远远不适应社会发展的需求,关于幼儿园应对祖辈教养状况的研究几乎是一片空白,但幼儿园从办园性质、资源优势和社会的要求来看,应该起重要作用。 本研究主要选用了问卷调查的研究方法,尝试从祖辈家长的特点、教养孩子的祖辈家庭的特点、祖辈家长的儿童观和教育观等几方面得到一些重要的信息。祖辈参与教养的主要原因是为子女分忧,以祖辈为主教养孩子的家庭一般父母与子女相处时间少,大部分是三代同住。祖辈家长的儿童观、教育观既有合理的部分,也有不足之处,结合对研究对象的观察、访谈,发现祖辈家长教育孩子最感困惑的问题是:孩子任性、胆小、不敢与人交往、独立生活能力差。 针对祖辈教养的这些特点,幼儿园必须正确面对,采取有效策略。基于现代的“大教育观”理论,本研究力求从幼儿园提倡让更多的父母参与到孩子的教养中来,幼儿园对教养孩子的祖辈家长进行必要的理论指导,幼儿园充分挖掘社区资源提升祖辈教养水平,幼儿园对由祖辈教养的孩子进行适当的补偿性教育几方面来阐述,将幼儿园、家庭和社区教育资源有机地整合在一起,形成良好的大教育氛围,从容应对祖辈教养状况。 总之,,幼儿园在祖辈教养现状下是大有可为的,只要充分地利用现有资源,针对祖辈家长的教养特点,采取积极有效的应对策略,扬长避短,祖辈教养现象中的弊端就会减少,祖辈教养水平就会得到有效的提高,最终孩子将会受益。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, it is more and more common for grandparents to take part in the upbringing of their children. This is an objective situation and a necessity caused by various reasons. There are both positive and negative aspects of this situation. The important thing is not to discuss whether its existence is reasonable or not, but to study how to deal with the situation of grandparents' upbringing from the point of view of kindergarten, to improve the upbringing level of grandparents and to promote the healthy development of their children. There are few researches on ancestral upbringing in foreign countries, and domestic researches have been neglected for a long time. The existing researches are far from meeting the needs of social development. The research on how kindergartens deal with ancestral upbringing is almost a blank. However, kindergarten should play an important role in terms of its nature, resource advantages and social requirements. This research mainly selects the questionnaire survey research method, attempts from the ancestor parent's characteristic, raises the child's ancestor family's characteristic, Some important information is obtained from the views on children and education of grandparents. The main reason for grandparents' participation in upbringing is the sharing of worries for their children, and the parents who bring up their children mainly by their ancestors generally spend less time with their children. Most of them live together for three generations. The view of education of the parents of the ancestors has both reasonable part and deficiency. According to the observation and interview of the subjects of the study, it is found that the most puzzling problems for the parents of the ancestors in educating their children are: children's willfulness and timidity. Afraid to associate with others, poor ability to live independently. In view of these characteristics of ancestors' upbringing, kindergartens must correctly face and adopt effective strategies. Based on the modern theory of "big education", this study tries to encourage more parents to participate in their children's upbringing from kindergarten. Kindergarten carries on the necessary theoretical guidance to the ancestor parents, the kindergarten fully excavates the community resources to raise the ancestor's upbringing level, the kindergarten carries on the appropriate compensatory education to the child raised by the ancestor to expound, the kindergarten, The educational resources of family and community are organically integrated to form a good atmosphere of education and to deal with the upbringing of their ancestors calmly. In a word, kindergartens have great potential under the current situation of ancestor upbringing, so long as they make full use of existing resources and adopt active and effective coping strategies in view of the upbringing characteristics of their grandparents, so as to promote their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses. The drawbacks of the ancestral upbringing will be reduced, and the upbringing will be improved effectively, and eventually the child will benefit.
