城镇化与我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率研究

【摘要】:城镇化是我国社会发展的重要方向。通过考察2001—2013年间城镇化进程对我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率的影响,利用时间序列数据进行经验性分析,发现城镇化是影响我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率的重要因素,也是造成我国城镇与农村幼儿园在园学生规模差距逐渐扩大的主要因素。顺应城镇化发展方向与需求的资源配置整体上会提高学前教育资源宏观配置效率,未来学前教育资源投入应与城镇化方向保持一致,且学前教育资源投入的重点应在县镇。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important direction of social development in China.By examining the influence of urbanization process on the macro-allocation efficiency of preschool education resources in China from 2001 to 2013, the empirical analysis with time series data shows that urbanization is an important factor affecting the macro-allocation efficiency of pre-school education resources in China.It is also the main factor that causes the gap between urban and rural kindergarten students.The allocation of resources conforming to the development direction and demand of urbanization will improve the macro allocation efficiency of preschool education resources on the whole, and the investment of preschool education resources in the future should be consistent with the direction of urbanization, and the emphasis of pre-school education resources investment should be on counties and towns.
