自贡市幼儿教师工作压力及应对策略的研究

【摘要】: 幼儿教师工作压力指幼儿教师在工作环境中,与周围人、事、物的互动过程中,如行政、教学、同事、家长及学生关系等方面,个人在心理或生理上无法适应,所引起的紧张状态程度。本文采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对自贡市幼儿教师工作压力及应对策略的情况进行分析研究,并从幼儿教师本身、幼儿园、教育行政机关、师资培训机构、社会及后续研究等六个方面给出了若干建议。全文共分五个部分。 第一部分是导论,简要阐述了研究的动机、目的及研究的理论和现实意义,对相关概念及研究范围进行了界定。 第二部分是相关概念辨析,探讨了幼儿教师工作压力的相关理论,介绍了教师工作压力及应对策略理论的相关研究。 第三部分是研究设计与实施,介绍了本研究采用的研究方法与研究框架,研究的流程与实施情况,确定了研究者的角色。 第四部分是研究结果与讨论,首先分析了对幼儿教师工作压力及应对策略所做的问卷调查结果,介绍了对幼儿教师工作压力及应对策略所做的访谈情况,分析了幼儿教师工作压力的来源及影响。 第五部分为结论与建议,综合本研究的观点和论述,形成了结论,提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Preschool teachers' working stress means that in the process of interaction between preschool teachers and the people, things and things around them, such as administration, teaching, colleagues, parents and student relationships, the individual cannot adapt psychologically or physically in the working environment.The degree of tension caused.This paper analyzes the working pressure and coping strategies of preschool teachers in Zigong City by means of questionnaire survey and interview, and analyzes the situation of teachers themselves, kindergartens, educational administrative institutions and teacher training institutions.Some suggestions are given from six aspects, such as society and follow-up research.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction, briefly describes the motivation, purpose, theoretical and practical significance of the study, and defines the relevant concepts and research scope.The second part is related concepts, discusses the related theory of preschool teachers' working stress, introduces the relevant research of teachers' working pressure and coping strategy theory.The third part is the design and implementation of the research. It introduces the research methods and research framework, the research process and implementation, and determines the role of the researchers.The fourth part is the research results and discussion. Firstly, it analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey on the working stress and coping strategies of preschool teachers, and introduces the interview situation of the work pressure and coping strategies of preschool teachers.This paper analyzes the source and influence of working stress of preschool teachers.The fifth part is conclusion and suggestion.
