美国0~3岁婴幼儿学习品质的结构指标与培养策略——源自伊利诺伊州的经验

【摘要】:学习品质是学前儿童的核心素养之一,对促进学前儿童的学习与发展具有重要作用。近年来,随着国际社会对0~3岁婴幼儿早期教育的重视程度日益增强,注重培养0~3岁婴幼儿的学习品质已经成为不少发达国家的普遍追求。美国的伊利诺伊州便非常重视婴幼儿的学习品质培养,倡导家长和早期教育工作者应利用全面而有效的策略以培养婴幼儿的好奇心和主动性,问题解决能力,自信心和冒险心,坚持、努力和专注,创造、发明和想象等学习品质。借鉴伊利诺伊州的经验,我国家长和早期教育工作者应创新教育观念,由强调知识技能的训练转向注重婴幼儿学习品质的培养,以立足学习进阶结构与过程来审视婴幼儿学习品质的逻辑生长,并围绕环境、材料和互动等策略来提升支持能力,从而有效促进婴幼儿学习品质的发展。
[Abstract]:Learning quality is one of the core qualities of preschool children and plays an important role in promoting the learning and development of preschool children.In recent years, with the increasing attention paid by the international community to the early education of 0- and 3-year-olds, it has become the universal pursuit of many developed countries to pay attention to the training of learning quality of 0- and 3-year-olds.Illinois in the United States attaches great importance to the quality of learning for infants and young children, advocating that parents and early educators should use comprehensive and effective strategies to foster curiosity and initiative, problem-solving, self-confidence and risk taking in infants and young children.Persistence, effort and concentration, creativity, invention, imagination and other learning qualities.Drawing lessons from the experience of Illinois, parents and early educators in our country should innovate their educational concepts, from emphasizing the training of knowledge and skills to focusing on the training of learning quality of infants and young children.Based on the advanced structure and process of learning, the logical growth of learning quality of infants and young children is examined, and the strategies of environment, materials and interaction are used to promote the development of learning quality of infants and young children.
