台湾地区弱势儿童学前教育扶助政策及其启示

【摘要】:近年来,台湾地区在幼儿教育改革与实践中,不断加大对来自中低收入家庭、原住民与离岛地区家庭和残障家庭的弱势幼儿群体的教育扶助工作力度,具体通过确保所有幼儿入园机会均等、提升幼儿教学品质、改善幼儿教学环境和关注幼儿日常生活等政策,逐步建立起以切实促进教育公平为核心价值观的扶助教育政策体系。台湾地区扶助弱势儿童学前教育的相关政策,对大陆地区促进学前教育资源合理配置,完善对弱势儿童教育补偿机制,建立扶助弱势幼儿群体教育项目的评估制度等,具有积极的借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the reform and practice of early childhood education in the Taiwan region, efforts have been made to continuously strengthen the education and support work for disadvantaged young children from low- and middle-income families, aborigines and families from outlying islands and families with disabilities.Through the policies of ensuring equal access to school for all children, improving their teaching quality, improving their teaching environment and paying attention to their daily life, the policy system of supporting education with the core values of promoting education equity is gradually established.The relevant policies in Taiwan to assist disadvantaged children in preschool education, to promote the rational allocation of pre-school education resources in the mainland, to improve the education compensation mechanism for disadvantaged children, and to establish an evaluation system for educational projects to assist vulnerable children, etc.It has positive reference value.
