幼儿教师教育行为中的儿童观研究

【摘要】: 本文以幼儿教师的教育行为作为研究内容,选取幼儿教师集体教学活动中的教育行为具体事实进行收集整理与分析,运用质的研究方法对学前教育的基本理论问题——儿童观进行研究。研究者对幼儿教师与幼儿以及集体教学活动过程进行考察和探究,通过对幼儿园集体教学活动中的常见与典型片段进行分析,试图了解幼儿教师教育行为背后所隐含的儿童观内涵,并在此基础上总结出幼儿教师教育行为所反映出儿童观的特点和幼儿教师儿童观形成的影响因素分析,最后提出研究者的建议和反思。 本研究分为四个部分: 前言从幼儿园教育中的现实情况和学前教育基本理论的研究问题出发,阐述了幼儿教师儿童观研究的重要性。梳理了当前有关儿童观的研究和幼儿教师儿童观的研究;对当前有关幼儿教师教育行为的研究进行了收集整理。从中分析出当前幼儿教师儿童观研究的现状,并得出本研究的研究意义。从研究目的的确立、研究问题的明确、研究方法的选择、研究对象的选取以及研究信度等五个方面解释研究的开展过程。并对研究中相关的概念进行了界定,并解释了相关概念的操作性定义。 第1章在对幼儿教师在集体活动中的教育行为观察、访谈的基础上,结合已有相关研究,揭示幼儿教师的儿童观内涵,对幼儿教师的儿童观现状进行描述和解释。 第2章在对幼儿教师儿童观现状研究的基础上,分析了当前幼儿教师儿童观的特点,并对影响幼儿教师儿童观形成的三方面因素进行了分析和讨论。 第3章针对幼儿教师儿童观中存在的一些问题,结合原因分析的三个方面,研究者提出了相应的策略。最后,研究者对研究过程中存在的不足进行了反思
[Abstract]:This paper takes the educational behavior of preschool teachers as the research content, selects the concrete facts of the preschool teachers' collective teaching activities to collect and analyze. Using qualitative research method to study the basic theoretical problem of preschool education-the concept of children. The researcher investigates and probes into the process of preschool teachers and young children as well as group teaching activities, and analyzes the common and typical segments of collective teaching activities in kindergartens. This paper attempts to understand the connotations of the child view behind the preschool teacher's educational behavior, and on this basis summarizes the characteristics of the child view reflected by the early childhood teacher's educational behavior and the analysis of the influencing factors of the formation of the early childhood teacher's view on children. Finally, the author puts forward the suggestion and reflection of the researcher. This study is divided into four parts: Based on the reality of kindergarten education and the basic theory of preschool education, this paper expounds the importance of the research on preschool teachers' view of children. Combing the current research on the concept of children and early childhood teachers' view of children, the current research on the behavior of preschool teachers' education is collected and sorted out. From the analysis of the current situation of preschool teachers' view of children, and draw the significance of this study. It explains the development process of the research from five aspects: the establishment of the research purpose, the clarity of the research problem, the choice of the research method, the selection of the research object and the research reliability. The related concepts in the study are defined, and the operational definitions of the related concepts are explained. The first chapter, on the basis of the observation and interview of preschool teachers' educational behavior in group activities, combined with existing relevant research, reveals the connotation of preschool teachers' views on children, and describes and explains the present situation of preschool teachers' views on children. In chapter 2, based on the study of the current situation of preschool teachers' views on children, the author analyzes the characteristics of the current views of early childhood teachers and children, and analyzes and discusses the three factors that affect the formation of early childhood teachers' views on children. The third chapter aims at some problems existing in preschool teachers' view of children, combined with three aspects of cause analysis, the researchers put forward the corresponding strategies. Finally, the researchers reflect on the shortcomings in the research process.
