我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率:内涵、指标与经验研究

【摘要】:当前,对学前教育资源配置效率的研究是教育研究中的短板,不能为学前教育资源配置长期规划提供科学决策依据。本研究基于产出可能性边界分析框架,阐述了我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率的内涵,构建了衡量宏观配置效率的指标;并基于我国学前教育事业发展的时间序列数据,探讨了未来提高我国学前教育资源宏观配置效率的路径。研究发现,未来学前教育资源投入应与人口流动的方向保持一致。在城市、县镇和农村配置效率比较分析的基础上,研究指出未来学前教育资源投入的重点在县镇。研究还发现,东中西部地区提高配置效率的路径略有差异。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on the efficiency of pre-school education resources allocation is a short board in educational research, which can not provide scientific decision basis for the long-term planning of pre-school education resources allocation. Based on the analysis framework of output possibility boundary, this study expounds the connotation of the macro-allocation efficiency of preschool education resources in China, constructs the index to measure the macro-allocation efficiency, and based on the time series data of the development of preschool education in China. This paper probes into the ways to improve the macro allocation efficiency of preschool education resources in China in the future. The study found that the future pre-school education resources should be consistent with the direction of population mobility. Based on the comparative analysis of urban, county and rural allocation efficiency, the study points out that the key point of preschool education resource investment in the future lies in county and town. The study also found that the eastern central and western regions to improve the allocation efficiency path slightly different.
