大班幼儿自我评价研究

【摘要】: 自我评价对于一个人的成长,有着重要的意义。人在幼儿期开始形成和发展的自我评价能力和水平,受着内部和外部诸多因素的影响。对于这些因素全面而深入的分析研究,是正确引导幼儿形成良好自我评价能力的前提。由于在现实生活中,幼儿自我评价意识的缺乏,影响着他们自我评价能力和他们的认知、情感和社会性发展。因此,提出一套符合幼儿生理和心理特点、符合教育规律要求的、可操作的自我评价方法,指导幼儿自我评价,对我国教育的现状来说,不仅是必要的,而且是急迫的。 本研究以访谈法为主,结合文献法、观察法,选取西安市3所不同类型的幼儿园,以其大班幼儿为研究对象,对幼儿自我评价现状、存在问题及原因作了分析研究,对幼儿教师提出了提高幼儿自我评价能力的几点建设性的意见。 论文主要由五部分组成: 第一部分:研究意义:简要分析本研究主题的问题提出、理论意义和实践意义。 第二部分:文献综述:介绍了本研究中的关键性概念:评价、自我评价、幼儿自我评价并对与之有关的国内外研究成果,做了综述。 第三部分:研究设计:说明研究对象的选择、研究方法、研究思路和研究程序。 第四部分:研究结果和结论:从幼儿自我评价的能力、幼儿自我评价所采用的标准、在自我评价中存在的自尊倾向和自我保护现象、在自我评价中存在的“理想自我”与“现实自我”混淆、幼儿自我评价的归因、教师评价性语言对于幼儿自我评价的影响等角度,分析结果,,并得出相关结论。 第五部分:针对幼儿在自我评价中存在的问题,对教师提出以下建议:树立幼儿正确的自我评价意识和理念;指导幼儿家长用科学的方法正确认识和评价幼儿;为幼儿建立评价标准,提供评价榜样;丰富幼儿的自我评价语言;建立幼儿日常自我评价常规;运用幼儿成长记录袋评价法,培养幼儿的自我评价能力。与此同时,笔者还总结了研究的不足之处,提出了本研究领域有待深入的一些方面,即幼儿自我评价的追踪研究;可测量和不可测量的评价标准对幼儿自我评价发展影响的研究;不同年龄段幼儿对如何看待自身学业的自我评价研究;父母的教养方式与幼儿自我评价的相关研究;自我评价与自我监控、自我调节的相关研究。
[Abstract]:Self-evaluation is of great significance to a person's growth. The ability and level of self-evaluation that people begin to form and develop in early childhood are influenced by many internal and external factors. Comprehensive and in-depth analysis of these factors is the premise to guide children to form good self-evaluation ability. In real life, the lack of awareness of self-evaluation affects their ability of self-evaluation and their cognitive, emotional and social development. Therefore, it is not only necessary, but also urgent to put forward a set of self-evaluation methods which accord with the characteristics of children's physiology and psychology and meet the requirements of educational law, and guide children's self-evaluation. In this study, interviews were the main method, literature method, observation method, selected three different types of kindergartens in Xi'an city, taking their children in large classes as the research object, the present situation, existing problems and reasons of children's self-evaluation were analyzed and studied. Some constructive suggestions on how to improve children's self-evaluation ability are put forward. The thesis consists of five parts: The first part: research significance: brief analysis of the subject of this study put forward, theoretical and practical significance. The second part: literature review: this paper introduces the key concepts of this study: evaluation, self-evaluation, self-evaluation of young children and related domestic and foreign research results. The third part: research design: explain the choice of research objects, research methods, research ideas and research procedures. The fourth part: the research results and conclusions: from the ability of young children's self-evaluation, the standards adopted by children's self-evaluation, self-esteem tendency and self-protection phenomenon in self-evaluation, This paper analyzes the results from the perspectives of "ideal self" and "realistic self", the attribution of children's self-evaluation and the influence of teachers' evaluative language on children's self-evaluation, and draws the relevant conclusions. The fifth part: aiming at the problems existing in children's self-evaluation, the following suggestions are put forward to teachers: to establish children's correct consciousness and concept of self-evaluation, to instruct parents to correctly understand and evaluate children with scientific methods; Set up the evaluation standard for the children, provide the evaluation example; enrich the children's self-evaluation language; establish the routine of the children's daily self-evaluation; use the method of the children's growth record bag to evaluate, train the children's self-evaluation ability. At the same time, the author also summarizes the shortcomings of the study, and puts forward some aspects of this research field to be further, that is, the follow-up study of children's self-evaluation; The research on the impact of measurable and unmeasurable evaluation criteria on the development of childhood self-evaluation; the self-evaluation of children of different ages on how to look at their own studies; the relationship between parental rearing style and childhood self-evaluation; Research on self-evaluation and self-monitoring and self-regulation.
