幼师生学习适应性现状调查及对策研究——以安阳幼儿师范学校为例

【摘要】：学习适应性是主体根据环境及学习的需要,努力调整自我,以达到与学习环境平衡的心理和行为。幼师生正处于青年早期,是心理发展和知识技能情感培养的重要时期,对幼师生学习适应性作出准确的诊断,并给予科学指导与帮助,对幼师生的成长有着重要的意义。文章以安阳幼儿师范学校为个案对幼师生学习适应性问题进行了认真深入研究,调查显示,幼师生的学习适应性总体水平明显低于全国平均水平,幼师生在学习态度、学习技能、学习环境和心身健康等方面都存在不同程度的问题;幼师生学习适应性在年级略有差异,但差异均不显著,对此,提出了解决问题的对策。
[Abstract]:Learning adaptability is the psychological and behavior that the subject tries to adjust himself according to the need of environment and study in order to achieve a balance with the learning environment. Young teachers and students are in the early stage of youth, which is an important period of psychological development and knowledge, skill and emotion cultivation. It is of great significance for the growth of kindergarten teachers to make an accurate diagnosis of their learning adaptability, and to give scientific guidance and help. Taking Anyang normal School as a case study, this paper makes a serious and in-depth study on the problem of learning adaptability of kindergarten teachers and students. The investigation shows that the overall level of learning adaptability of young teachers and students is obviously lower than the national average, and the learning attitude of young teachers and students is obviously lower than that of the national average. There are some problems in learning skills, learning environment and psychosomatic health, and there are some differences in the learning adaptability of young teachers and students in grade, but the differences are not significant. Therefore, the countermeasures to solve the problems are put forward.
