【摘要】：幼儿园集团化发展在扩大优质教育资源、节约办园成本、共享教育资源等方面具有很大优势,是解决"入好园难"问题的有效途径。在充分肯定幼儿园集团化发展诸多优势和多种发展形态的同时,也需要深刻认识优质资源有限性与需求普遍性、公益普惠性目标与资本逐利性的矛盾,坚持规模与质量并重,引导幼教集团有序扩张;完善利益协调机制,构建共同治理模式;重视规范与监管,警惕集团化发展风险。
[Abstract]:The group development of kindergartens has great advantages in expanding high quality educational resources, saving cost and sharing educational resources. It is an effective way to solve the problem of "difficult to get into a good garden". While fully affirming the many advantages and various development patterns of the group development of kindergartens, it is also necessary to deeply understand the contradiction between the limitation of high-quality resources and the universality of demand, the contradiction between the goal of public welfare and the pursuit of capital, and the emphasis on both scale and quality. Guide the preschool education group to expand in an orderly way; perfect the benefit coordination mechanism and construct the common governance model; pay attention to the regulation and supervision and guard against the development risk of collectivization.
