人民群众需要高质量的学前教育

【摘要】:正一、从"重视学前教育"到"办好学前教育"。党的十八大报告指出,要"努力办好人民满意的教育","办好学前教育"。这是继中央在十七大提出"重视学前教育"后,对学前教育发展的又一个新定位,也是一个以质量为指向的定位。2007年,十七大提出重视学前教育,意味着要将学前教育真正纳入党和政府的视野,并切实去关注、落实。这个定位,既有思想认识上的指向,也有行动上的指向。学前教育作为学校教育的重要组成部分,作为基础教育的重要组成部分,必须得到全社会尤其是各级政府的重视。可以肯定地说,学前教育是整个教育体系中被长期忽视和怠慢的部分,投入不到位、政策不到位、制度不到位及专业师资不到位的现象
[Abstract]:First, from "attaching importance to preschool education" to "doing a good job of preschool education." The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) pointed out that "efforts should be made to run a satisfactory education for the people" and "do a good job of pre-school education." This is another new orientation for the development of pre-school education, and also a quality-oriented orientation, since the Central Committee proposed to "attach importance to pre-school education" at the 17th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee. In 2007, the 17th National Congress proposed to attach importance to pre-school education. It means that preschool education should be brought into the vision of the Party and the government. This orientation has both ideological and cognitive orientation, as well as action direction. Preschool education as an important part of school education, as an important part of basic education, must be paid attention to by the whole society, especially the governments at all levels. It is safe to say that preschool education is a long-neglected and neglected part of the whole education system. The phenomenon is that the investment is not in place, the policy is not in place, the system is not in place and the professional teachers are not in place.
