【摘要】: 本文是关于4~7岁幼儿告状行为的研究。 研究者认为,幼儿告状行为是指幼儿在他们自己认为受到同伴的侵犯或者发现同伴的某种行为与幼儿园的集体规则、教师的某项要求不相符合时,向教师发起的一种互动行为,他突出目的是要借助教师权威力量的影响,约束、改变、阻止同伴的行为。 研究者对一所幼儿园大中班的幼儿告状行为进行了现场观察,,用“白描”的方式记录幼儿告状行为案例,并将搜集到的案例用定量描述和定性研究相结合的方式进行分析。研究揭示了幼儿告状行为的显著特征和发展趋势,并根据原始资料提炼出幼儿告状行为的几种类型。 每个幼儿告状行为事件都是由特定的成因、动机、策略构成。根据这三个维度我们将幼儿告状行为划分成了几种类型。按照成因我们将告状划分为行为困境告状和价值困境告状;根据幼儿告状行为的动机我们将告状行为划分为求助型告状、求罚型告状、求赏型告状、试探型告状和陈述型告状;依据原告使用策略的出发点将告状分为以自我为导向的告状、以他人为导向的告状和以规则为导向的告状。在此基础上,对幼儿告状行为进行了成因探讨。 最后,研究者针对幼儿告状行为的特点对幼儿园和传统的教育进行了现实反思以及对本研究中存在的一些问题进行了自我反思。
[Abstract]:This paper is a study on the complaint behavior of children aged 4 to 7 years old. According to the researchers, toddlers' complaint behavior is an interactive behavior initiated by young children when they think they have been invaded by their peers or found out that some behavior of their peers does not conform to the collective rules of the kindergarten and that a teacher's requirements do not conform. His outstanding aim is to restrain, change and prevent the behavior of his peers through the influence of the authority of the teacher. The researchers observed the children's complaint behavior in a large and middle class of a kindergarten, recorded the cases by "blank drawing", and analyzed the collected cases by the combination of quantitative description and qualitative research. The study revealed the significant characteristics and development trend of infant complaint behavior, and abstracted several types of child complaint behavior according to the original data. Every child's complaint behavior event is composed of specific causes, motives and strategies. According to these three dimensions, we divide the toddler's complaint behavior into several types. According to the causes, we divide the complaint into behavioral dilemma and value dilemma, according to the motive of the child's complaint, we divide the complaint into appeal, penalty, reward, temptation and statement. According to the starting point of the plaintiff's use strategy, the complaint is divided into self-oriented complaint, other-oriented complaint and regular-oriented complaint. On this basis, the causes of infant complaint behavior are discussed. Finally, according to the characteristics of toddlers' complaint behavior, the researcher makes a realistic reflection on kindergarten and traditional education, as well as self-reflection on some problems in this study.
