【摘要】: 国家教育部于2001年颁布的《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》(以下简称《纲要》)对幼儿园教育进行了宏观指导。《纲要》规定:幼儿园要全面落实《幼儿园工作规程》的保教目标,促进幼儿在体、智、德、美诸方面全面发展,为幼儿的可持续发展奠定良好的素质基础。2003年1月27日国务院办公厅转发的教育部等部门关于《幼儿教育改革与发展的指导意见》提出:要全面实施素质教育,提高幼儿教育质量。幼儿音乐教育作为素质教育当中的一个分支,它的发展显得尤为重要。幼儿音乐教育对于幼儿智力的提高、想象力和创造力的发挥以及整体人格的建立有着不可替代的作用。 在我国,幼儿音乐教育的发展正在受到越来越多的人关注,同时也面临着巨大的挑战。本文以山西省吕梁市的幼儿园作为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理分析法、访谈法,对吕梁市的十二个不同类型的幼儿园进行了实地调查。通过客观阐述这十二个幼儿园的音乐教育状况,进一步分析吕梁市幼儿园音乐教育所存在的问题,在此基础上提出对策和建议,希望能够为吕梁市幼儿音乐教育的发展与提高提供一些参考。本文研究结果表明: 1.吕梁市人民政府及相关教育主管部门在幼儿音乐教育方面也存在着管理不到位,对于幼儿音乐教育从来没有制定过有关的指导性意见或制度,使吕梁市幼儿园音乐教育存在很大的随意性。 2.吕梁市幼儿教育从业者及幼儿家长在幼儿音乐教育方面思想观念比较落后。导致这种落后观念的原因是幼儿教育信息相对闭塞,与外界的相关交流沟通很少,一些关于幼儿音乐教育的先进观念没有及时引进来。 3.吕梁市经济条件的相对落后及地理环境封闭等因素的影响,导致从政府主管部门到普通幼儿家长对于幼儿音乐教育的投入相当有限。即使他们能够认识到幼儿音乐教育在幼儿成长过程中的重要性,但是现实中由于经济原因,专项投入幼儿音乐教育的资金少之又少。 4.吕梁市幼儿教师的整体素质有待提高。由于吕梁市幼儿教师学历普遍较低,专业技能以及教学能力受到限制,导致一些音乐活动不能有效开展以及对幼儿音乐教学资源的利用不够充分。 5.吕梁市幼儿音乐教育资源相对匮乏,除极个别省级示范幼儿园的音乐教学设备配备较齐全以外,绝大多数幼儿园都存在配备不全或者几乎没有音乐教学设备。这样从很大程度上制约了吕梁市幼儿园音乐教育的发展。 6.吕梁市幼儿园关于幼儿音乐教育方面的教研活动很少,致使课程安排不科学,音乐教学方法单一,音乐活动的形式不够多样。 7.吕梁市幼儿园对于幼儿教师关于音乐教育的培训及对外交流学习很少。
[Abstract]:The guidelines for Kindergarten Education (hereinafter referred to as < outline >) promulgated by the Ministry of education in 2001 (hereinafter referred to as < outline >) have carried out a macro guidance for kindergarten education. The < outline > stipulates that the kindergarten should fully implement the goal of protecting the kindergarten work regulations and promote the all-round development of children in the aspects of body, intelligence, morality and beauty, and lay the foundation for the sustainable development of children. The good quality basis of the Department of education, transmitted by the office of the State Council in January 27th, on the guidance of the Ministry of education and other departments on the reform and development of preschool education, put forward that the quality education should be implemented in an all-round way to improve the quality of preschool education. As a branch of quality education, the development of children's music education is particularly important. Children's music education is very important. Education plays an irreplaceable role in improving children's intelligence, imagination and creativity, as well as the establishment of overall personality.
In our country, the development of children's music education is being paid more and more attention, and also faces great challenges. This paper takes the kindergartens in Lvliang of Shanxi Province as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical analysis and interview, and carries out a field survey of twelve different types of kindergartens in Lvliang. By objectively explaining the music education status of these twelve kindergartens, this paper further analyzes the problems existing in the music education in Lvliang kindergartens, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on this basis, hoping to provide some reference for the development and improvement of children's music education in Lvliang. The results of this paper show that:
1. the people's Government of Lvliang and the relevant departments in charge of education are not in place in the management of children's music education. There has never been a guiding opinion or system for children's music education, which makes the music education of kindergartens in Lvliang city have great randomness.
2. the children's educational practitioners and children's parents in Lvliang are relatively backward in the children's music education. The reason for this backward concept is that the information of children's education is relatively closed, and the communication and communication with the outside world are very few, and some advanced ideas about children's music education have not been introduced in time.
3. the relative backwardness of the economic conditions in Lvliang and the closed geographical environment have led to the limited investment in children's music education from the government departments to the ordinary children's parents. Even if they can realize the importance of children's music education in the process of young children's growth, the specific investment in reality is due to economic reasons. There are few funds for children's music education.
4. the overall quality of the preschool teachers in Lvliang needs to be improved. Because of the low educational background of the preschool teachers in Lvliang and the limited professional skills and teaching ability, some music activities can not be effectively carried out and the utilization of children's music teaching resources is not enough.
5. the resources of children's music education in Lvliang are relatively scarce. In addition to the relatively complete equipment of music teaching in a few provincial demonstration kindergartens, most kindergartens have incomplete or almost no music teaching equipment. This restricts the development of the kindergarten music education in Lvliang to a great extent.
6. there are few teaching and research activities on children's music education in Lvliang kindergartens, which makes the course arrangement unscientific, the music teaching method is single, and the form of music activities is not varied.
7. Lvliang kindergartens have little experience in training preschool teachers on music education and learning foreign exchanges.
